I had been looking forward to staying, due to Michele Bonan's interior design. The guest areas are impeccable. Beautifully executed in his signature style.

On arrival I wished to change my room for one with a table and chair, and a bit more space as we were staying for 7 days. I was told this was not possible as rooms had already been allocated. 'Really' How disappointing. This inaction tarnished our stay. It seems there was a lot of focus on Fashion Week only. We travelled internationally. It is an expensive hotel, we will not return.

It was my first time at this hotel in Paris, but I have been in their Capri and Rome branches. All of them are amazing, starting with Michele Bonan fine decor, the rooms and ambiance is very cozy, all super clean and nice. The food was super good, although they told us that for the moment, they have only the bar menu. We had dinner at the restaurant which is beautifully decorated. I can't wait to come again and experience dinner there. The pool was fantastic, very rare to find in Paris. It was a real oasis in this super-hot Paris summer.

The music and sound quality at the restaurant could be better.

We ordered a couple of things and they weren’t on plate or we received food we didn’t ask for. I think staff should write down what is requested rather than leaving it to memory.

PROPERTY: The property is stunning, the location is well located the Boulevard St Germain, on the rive gauche, close to Tuileries. very central. the property is lovely, making you feel quickly at home, with a well thought decoration and great taste. STAFF: The big difference to other 5 star hotels we have tried, is that the staff is unbelievably attentive, responsive and utmost pleasant, friendly and professional. a BIG THANK YOU to Francesco and his team for the best service i have experienced in a 5 star hotel, and i’ve seen many. These guys are 6 star service! ROOM: The room we had was great (junior suite) amenities were nice, the layout was well thought through and the parisian/italian decoration was on point. Details here again make a difference such as the quality of the bed linen, the great attention to detail of us having a small child that meant that the entire set up was ready for him to feel very comfortable as if it was his home. no other 5 star hotel i have been to so far, in Europe or Asia went as fas as these guys to make us feel good. We will definitely be back

From start to finish, I could not have had more pleasant and attentive care & hospitality. The room was well-appointed and stylish, while also extremely peaceful & grounding. It was a pleasure to gallivant around Paris and then return to my room feeling like someone had looked out for my comfort and needs.

I'm writing something here only because Booking.com requires this box be filled, but truly, there was absolutely nothing more I could have possibly wanted during my stay here.

The hotel is incredibly special and the staff are very attentive making the whole experience exceptional. Small number of rooms means staff get to know you and it really does feel like home from home.

We have stayed at the JK on multiple occasions and it never disappoints. The staff members are willing to assist in all ways to make your stay in Paris unforgettable. Each morning at breakfast our beautiful hostess remembered our favorite items and acknowledged us as return visitors. The hotel feels like a posh, private apartment and we always look forward to our return.

The staff - nothing was too much trouble - everyone was so charming in an unobsequious way. Room was small but everything worked - as a woman I especially appreciated the small touches like a practical bathroom and dyson hairdryer.

The room was very small - no chair or surface to put a laptop or iPad is challenging in today’s environment - but the hotel is understated and chic - a pleasure to be in.

I loved the pool and gym. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly.

My room could have been a bit bigger, with a better view. I could have had a bath tub as well.
