Great location. Loved the Christmas decorations. It really lifted the holiday feel. We even had our own Xmas tree in our apartment!! Generous kitchen. Apartment just had a cosy comfy feel. We were out a lot so would have liked to have stayed inside to enjoy the apartment more. Shops were a short stroll away. The parking on location was great as on the weekend it gets busy with people visiting the shops and markets.

Mixed messages from some staff offering we could use the washing machine, but the lady at reception gave a firm "No!" Receptionist wasn't very helpful when we made enquiries of local activities available. eg skiing and ski hire

The location is excellent! Getting to Willa Jarosta was so straightforward from the train station, being in short proximity from the train station. Just across the road from the property, there's a beautiful park with the stunning views of the mountains in the distance, with a public play area which the kids loved! Just up the road, not more than 2 minutes away, is a LIDL supermarket which is extremely well-stocked. The property is also a short walk away from the Gubalowka funicular (the mountain of which is actually so overrated - so crowded and commercialised) and Krupowki street. The property contains a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa (and sofabed), firm mattress in the bedroom, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The apartment was extremely clean and it felt so homely. The hostess was particularly welcoming and friendly, and answered any questions we had ahead of our trip and during the trip itself! We will surely stay here again when we return to Zakopane next time!

Although the kitchen was extremely well-equipped, there was no oven. However, this was not a big deal.

Very clean, amazing spa facilities (cold bath, sauna, jacuzzi), good location walking distance to the Main Street and ~12min to the bus station.

We booked on booking a room with a balcony (as in the pictures) and they gave us a room without a balcony.. but a bit bigger. They said it was the same price. We were fine with it, but if you really want the balcony I recommend checking with them that you’ll get the room with balcony. They said it was probably a problem of booking.com with the pictures but we weren’t in the mood to fight. A few more items for the kitchen would’ve been nice (I.e some olive oil or a spatula)

the apartment is located at a calm block surrounding with a great green lawn with dozens of trees, very peaceful, and town centre is nearby. there was a lovely receptionist host us who is out of my expected, give us a upgraded flat with balcony for free of charge, which is amazing, plus many advice to use of indoor facilities. whereabout many other places you will probably be not received but instructions left. I also like the high ceiling and spacious room size, nice decorated decent curtains looks luxurious , it is value for money in particular.

duvets are little bit small and short, not thick enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean apartment with excellent facilities. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist areas for easy walking. Loved the private use of sauna and spa. You must book in and pay a little extra for this, but it is well worth it. Very romantic.

Smoking area was just outside our room and so we had to keep closing the windows as the smell drifting in was very annoying. It was hot weather with no air conditioning, so this was really uncomfortable for us. Please move the smoking area away from the building.

4th floor without elevator, the deluxe apartment has NO bedroom only a low bed (as a matrace) under a very low roof ceiling, mirrorlight didn’t work in the bathroom, kitchen was not well equipped, no smart tv, Spa with separate booking and fee and only for 90 minutes, very loud cleaning ladies, who are shouting from the 4th floor to the 1st.

Excellent location, very close to the main tourist sites including Gubalowka & Krupowki street. Free parking was wonderful to have! Excellent service from staff, especially when booking the spa one evening (it was simply heavenly!! Dziekuje bardzo!) Nice little terrace/balcony to enjoy the stars & the lovely weather, with a drink in the evening or to start the day with a nice coffee/tea!

The apartment was right next to the bus station which was extremely convenient for us since we took a bus from Krakow. The shuttle to the Tatra Mountains (Morseki Oko) is also in the bus station. There is a Lidel up the street to pick some supplies for the apartment or hiking. The main street in Zakopane, Krupówki, is a short walk away. The apartment is spacious with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room and small deck. The host was very accommodating. There is a mini spa and mountain bikes available for use. There is a laundromat close by and 2 food trucks at the base of the road if you are looking for a quick meal. The Thai food truck was excellent.

The perfect location, quiet and very clise to the center. Free parking and the fact that the spa was private for 1 hour and a half.

The cleaning staff didn t come at all, maybe because someone was in the room often, i don’t know but, we managed anyway.
