We had a little difficulty in finding the hotel, as it is going a name change and there was no "Conference Center" name in the front. The hotel does not look like much from the outside, but the inside proves that this is a great little place. The rooms are extremely clean and include all of the amenities needed for a no-frills stay. Our room was towards the back and was not only quiet, but offered a lovely mountain view. I had several interactions with Austin, who was at the front desk, and he was fabulous. The price was considerably less than any other hotel that had two queen-sized beds. I also loved the fact that the bedroom was not carpeted. Keep up the good work!

There is no elevator, which could be a problem for some. I picked up a grand and go breakfast before breakfast time, which I appreciate), but it included a small, packaged muffin, a small, granola bar, and an apple, which I did not take. Something with a little protein would have been nice. (But maybe it is offered during normal breakfast hours.)

This is my second time staying it was excellent just the same as the first stay. Comfy bed,nice pool nice hot tub desk clerk was very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an unexpected cost of $100.00 deposit when I arrived. I also was told that I would get it back as soon as I checked out. This was not true. I called once I arrived back home and seen that it was taken out of my account. I called the hotel and I was told it could take up to 24 hours. The surprise deposit and the false information that it was only a hold until check out was false. This didn't happen my first stay so I was surprised and I'm Leary of staying again.

I enjoyed the comfort of the rooms. I also enjoyed the breakfast breakfast with oatmeal, yogurt, juice, fruit, granola, snacks I enjoyed the staff at the front desk. They were kind and helpful.

I did not enjoy how the pillows were quite flat. I asked for some more pillows, but they were still flat and very old/ used. Hotels keep very old pillows and do not replace with new pillows. I don’t understand Why they do this?

The hotel has been nicely updated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room had a microwave and mini fridge which was unexpected. It was very affordable which was appreciated. The AC worked well and there was a grab n go breakfast.

The shower was a little quirky, and we could have used more towels (but did forget to ask for more). The rear exterior door on our wing of the hotel did not seem to lock.

We brought our dogs with us, and we were originally placed on the ground floor but in the main hallway. There was lots of traffic, and every time someone passed by, our dogs reacted to it. We then requested to change to a room at the end of the hallway, and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. We stayed for 2 nights, and our dogs were quiet. Also, Connor is great! He is very friendly and patient and gave us great tips to tour Estes Park. The room itself is simple and adequate. The bed is comfy. It is a good deal.

Very clean, upgraded bathroom, rainfall shower head, exceptional toiletries (usually I never like them). Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was not full, so very quiet. LVT wood-look plank flooring, so no nasty carpet.

I would have liked an extra blanket. Inconsistent air temp from heating unit. TV remote needed new batteries, and the battery cover was missing. Mini-fridge must have been set on freeze, my milk in the morning was frozen solid.

Loved the fireplace in the lobby. It was great to have a game room, sanah hot tub and pool all in one location. Enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The heater in the pool was busted. The sanah wasn't working. Also the chair in our room needed the spring fixed and the weather stripping on the bottom of the outside door was partially gone. It would have been nice to have a light over by the TV.

Very clean. Bed was comfy. Room was big with a king bed, room for two chairs. Lots of extra space. The balcony was nice. Stayed a week, and was quiet. The pool was perfect temp. The hot tub is in need of a upgrade, but nice temp and big. Staff was nice and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Laundry is new and affordable. Game room was perfect. Quick and easy access to downtown estes.

Ice machine on second floor wasn't working.

It was under construction so I don’t really know. The online pictures are way nicer the the actual experience. Lots of things broken such as ice machines. Stair ways halls and mirrors hanging around the establishment were dirty. All in all it was a suitable stay. We could hear dogs barking in the rooms cats meowing. I don’t know I would use. This motel again.

The room was nothing like the pictures shown. But it was acceptable for what we were there for.

Quick service, when our room sprang a leak from the ceiling bathroom vent! Got a room change and a nice room. Loved the view all around. Beautiful front party area/deck and central office area fireplace.

Only inconvenience was moving rooms in the night when we heard leaking from ceiling. Staff was prompt and helpful and the rooms were well appointed. Lovely gathering areas in the lobby and above the front of the hotel on an open veranda/party deck! Beautiful view of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
