It was a great location and had units right next to the river where I had stayed before.

The person who was checking us in was a little grumpy but not a big deal. I had requested a unit on the river (I thought) and I asked him if the unit was on the river and I thought he said yes. As it turns out we did not have a unit on the river and when I asked him about it he got rather angry.and said that we had booked through Booking.com and seemed to be saying that was the reason we didn’t have a river unit. Our unit was lovely but not in the location on the property I had expected.

Beautiful, quiet location outside of the city center!!! The river falls running through the property were gorgeous and soothing. It was so relaxing to just sit and watch the river. We saw an amazing elk with at least a 10-point set of antlers just on the edge of the property. Our room (more like a studio) was very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. We loved that it had an equipped kitchenette that allowed us to cook breakfast and a steak dinner out on the grill one night. We weren't expecting to do that, but it was a nice option to save some money and to not have to eat out again. We were only 5 minutes drive from town, so seeing the sites. was very easy. Also, it was super close and accessible to Rocky Mountain National Park. Will definitely recommend it to everyone and plan on staying here again if/when we are able to make it back to Estes Park.

Not a big deal, but since we didn't get housekeeping everyday, we didn't get replacements for coffee. We weren't back to the property in time to ask for more, so we ran out. It would have been nice to have enough coffee for each day we were registered to stay. But again, not really a major deal.

Location is on US 34 just about a mile from the entrance to RMNP. There is a very good restaurant next door. We were up the hill from the Fall River, next to the office. We would have liked to be closer to the river so we could hear it at night. We were also next to the community hot tub, but didn't use it as we had an oversized jetted tub in the bathroom that functioned just like a hot tub.. Meals - We had an efficiency with a kitchen. The only thing lacking was a cooktop/oven. There was a very nice outdoor grill on a large private patio, but due to fire regulations we were not allowed to use it. We had to make do with the toaster and the microwave. We did have a full size refrigerator. We were not inconvenienced by the lack of a cooktop/oven as we only ate breakfast at the room about half the time and occasionally reheated leftovers from restaurants for dinner. We were never at the room for lunch. We were visited every morning by turkeys and marmots and most evenings by deer. There are elk and big horn sheep around, but we didn't see them at the lodge.

Would have liked to be closer to the river - there are rooms down there, but we didn't explore moving options. Fire regulations prevented us from using the grill on the patio. Room layout made it difficult to see the TV from the bed.

A good sized room in a beautiful location by the river. We saw elk roaming the grounds and a lovely humming bird that lived close to our room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It's also close to the Wapiti restaurant which serves good food, although it's very disorganised.

The wifi didn't work in the room- apparently this is just an issue on the rooms on the road side of the stream. There isn't air conditioning in the rooms. Although on our stay this wasn't a problem as there is a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan in the bedroom.

The property was beautiful with a river running through it. There were patios and or decks off of the rooms and outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the river.

As nice as it was, we would have appreciated being told that there was no WIFI in the room at the time of booking the room. The City of Estes Park was updating it. This caused us to run up cellular data or go outside across a small bridge to get online. Our main purpose of the trip was to hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, but we enjoy many aspects of the internet at other times of the day.

Like the fact that it's located just down the road in one direction for all your needs, grocery store, restaurants, shops ect and yet just down the road in the other direction from RMNP entrance, perfect location. I love that's off the "beaten path" however so slight. The cabins are spread out enough for privacy, giving you the feel you have a place to yourself yet neighborly to say "hello" if by chance you do see another person, I've stayed Streamside on Fall River twice now and plan on staying there again in the future

The location of Streamside is perfect with just a short drive to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. This made it very easy for us to get into the park early to see wildlife! The property itself is so scenic, with the cabins/rooms right along the river with beautiful trees, and chairs and hammocks too! There was a gas grill for cooking which was a real bonus! The new owner, Max, was super friendly and helpful and he has great plans for updating this property.

It does need updating inside cabins, but honestly it wasn't a major thing for us. It was clean and comfortable and that is all we need. Some minor road noise, but that ends pretty early in evening.

The location was wonderful - close to the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and also a short ride to downtown Estes. Check-in was efficient; the manager was friendly and helpful. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a small, full kitchen as well as plenty of space to relax. The outdoor space was tranquil and relaxing, with a bubbling stream, Adirondack chairs, a hammock for relaxing and also a gas grill for those who would like to cook outdoors.

The only thing that could have made this better would be an on-sight laundry facility......I believe the manager indicated that a laundry is going to be provided in the near future.

The property was located between Estes Park and RMNP which was an excellent location. I loved that we had a babbling river right outside our room and chairs to sit in by the River. I saw other units that had hammocks and porch swings. You couldn’t ask for anything better as far as the location and setting. We also saw wildlife while sitting by the river.

The rooms and furniture were a little dated. The couch was not very comfortable. The cleaning products they used had a strong odor and we had to air our room out. Thankfully the weather was perfect for that. We weren’t told at check in that there would be no cleaning service and had to call to find out what to do with our trash and request new towels.

Excellent location - close to RMNP entrance and close to Town of Estes Park. Grounds were well maintained and clean. I I had the queen cabin and that had plenty of room. Cabin was also very clean and had everything needed for a 6 night stay such as pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker. Even had new kitchen sponge, dish detergent, etc. We used the grill one evening and that worked out well. I have stayed some places that have a grill, but they were junk. This was a Weber grill that worked good. There is also nice hiking within walking distance. Peaceful property.

No complaints.
