Given the limited options for well-known hotels in Brunei, the Radisson Hotel stands out. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the reception staff did an excellent job. The hotel does seem a bit aged, and there was a notice near the lift indicating that renovations are ongoing on the second floor. I hope to see more modern rooms on our next visit. The location is very good, as it is near Regalia Museum and other mosques within walking distance. You can use the "Dart" mobile app to book airport transfers and other local transportation. For sightseeing, two to three days is more than enough in Brunei.

Breakfast could be improved, but overall it was decent, with a good variety of options. I did notice that the kids' pool wasn't as clean as the main pool; however, my daughter enjoyed the main pool. The most disappointing aspect was the toilet in our room (408). The toilet bowl appeared damaged; at first, we thought it was an issue with flushing, but after trying several times, I realized it was the damage itself.

Perhaps the best hotel for first-timers to Brunei. We were worried about the availability of cabs in Brunei after reading about the lack of taxis in Brunei on the net. Still, the hotel arranged for a nice Mazda sedan for a very reasonable price. We had the option of paying extra for a very early check-in at 0900 in the morning, but the gentlemen at the reception provided us with various options to spend our limited time in Brunei. The symbol of Brunei, Saifuddien mosque is only 12 minutes walk from the hotel and the royal regalia museum is in front of the hotel. You can withdraw money, eat, and escape the heat at the Yayasan shopping center near the mosque. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant is open from morning to night. You can book all tours from the hotel. Thanks to Ziman, who arranged a nice tour of Kampong Ayer for us. Thanks to Mr. Eros for a smooth check-in. Also, thanks to everyone at the restaurant for a lovely breakfast and cakes in the afternoon.

Nothing to dislike here.

The hotel has a good location, although not very central, but with easy access to the city center. Also close to the airport. The room was spacious, but the furniture a bit old. What i really liked was the fact that they offered water - there was an appliance providing water on the hallway. I had breakfast one morning (paid extra), and it was good, with lots of choices, 2 cooks (one for eggs and one preparing Indian dishes). There is also a very good Indian restaurant inside the hotel, where one can have dinner, which is delicious. The staff is really amazing, very kind, friendly and helpful. In fact, in Brunei i met the kindest people from all over the world! I tried also the SPA at the hotel and it was an excellent experience. Totally recommend it!

The furniture, which is a bit old.

Staff and Bruneian people are really friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe walking around. Only the extreme heat and humidity which is much worse than in Singapore makes it hard to walk around.

They had always the same background sound playing over and over and over again. I could even hear it in my room. I told the receptionist to change this once in a while... Also I had one full day of diarrhea. I only ate at the Radisson restaurant itself since there is nothing really around I could have gone to. So please be careful with salads, fried noodles etc. Aa I said even at the Radisson own Restaurant itself. Otherwise the food there is very tasty but not always suits our stomach. The Radisson itself also really needs a face-lift. Rooms are old fashioned and not nowadays standard anymore.

Very comfortable rooms and great location. 5 minute walk to mall/restaurants/mosque/museums etc. Two connecting rooms were great for family of 4. Staff was great, especially Naj who remembered our food/drink favorites. Breakfast buffet was great with so many options. Two restaurants open for dinner. There was also a free shuttle service to/from the hotel to the mall/waterfront area several times a day. Nice pool too.

Airport shuttle from the airport to hotel seemed expensive considering it’s only a 15 minute drive. Airport shuttle back to the airport was much cheaper.

Perfect location for walking to all of the sights. The lobby staff were amazing - everytime I entered they asked what I needed, gave me directions, stored my bags, and let me use the facilities and shower after I’d checked out waiting for my flight too. Really spacious rooms, super comfy beds - very happy with my stay! Also definitely get a rate that includes breakfast, it’s great & there’s not much else around.

Lovely staff, super friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Beds super comfy, showers powerful. Pool area really nice, decent room service menu at not bad prices. Could refill water bottles from machines on each floor. Right in the heart of Bandar Seri Begawan.

The room decor was quite outdated, and were very musty when we first entered. Ours was ok once we had the AC on for a bit, but our friends stayed quite musty.

Location convenient: walking distance to the mosque, water village and Yayasan mall. Not walking distance to The Mall in Gadong, but hotel provides free shuttle bus 3 times a day (can also book pickup and go back to hotel) so very convenient! Hotel is very quiet, lots of green outside window, and spacious room/bathroom. You can book taxi to/from airport for 25 local currency. I also booked a day tour through them (water village) and it was really good, the tour guide was very nice and even brought me to visit his house in the water village. Wifi quite fast and stable. Cleaners and staff are polite and helpful.

The water didn't drain well in the sink when i checked in, but they sent someone to fix it, and changed a room for me.

Staff is super polite and friendly. I forgot to get a name of guy who handling banquet and Tasek Buffet, he wearing spec, with great smile. He assist me to setting up the morning event and we end with great and happy customer. Another staff who's name is Mark who take care my afternoon event also marvellous. He attend to all my request, from get the paper bags, serve the dinner guest with juice, tidy up the table, help me take down the event banner, wrapping it with bubble wraps. Very detailed person. Thanks to others who always provide prompt resp onse with a great smiling face towards our tiring face. Do not forget the man who tale care of Conceige, greet us when we first arrived, helping us to get the taxi, attend to my door access card problem. But in fact is user problem.... I have a great experience staying there forv3 day 2 nights, and run 2 event at their Mutiara Ballroom. Highly recommended for people to stay for business. Kudos team. I will come again.
