Excellent appointment in a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The property managers were very nice and helpful, allowed early check in since we had a toddler with us. The made special arrangements to get our apartment clean/ready for us. We greatly appreciated the hospitality! Overall had a wonderful experience staying here.

Spacious modern apartment in renovated old building. Very centrally located. Comfortable bed. Lots of brightness and high ceilings. Very close to the metro making it very accessible from the airport.

Noise from the street and construction across the road required that we keep our windows closed. Windows well soundproofed but required that we use fans most days... no AC. Cannot imagine staying there when temps get into the 30C's. We were fortunate that temps were in the low 20C's. Having a washing machine would be ideal... ok with no dishwasher. Kitchen amenities rather basic.

This apartment, nestled right in the heart of the city, offers exceptional convenience and comfort. Its location is a major highlight, as it is easily accessible and places you at the center of everything the city has to offer. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an impeccably clean and pleasing environment. The attention to cleanliness is evident, making it a very comfortable place to stay.

Great clean apartment- Great Location. Central to everything. No need for any transport, as everything could be accessed by walking.

Always remember that the checkin time is 4pm. Hence if you arrive early, you can leave the luggage after 11.30am and then come back to collect the keys at 4pm. This is not a negative feedback, but some travellers forget that like hotels you could checkin in early.

There is no front desk so everything was through booking.com app. You need to have Wi-Fi constantly to communicate with the property ahead of time. The door code was e-delivered at ~3pm on the day of my stay.

Top notch location. The space was not huge but perfectly formed for our family of 4. Great washroom, comfy beds and lovely building (great windows). We weren’t expecting to be met by a host but a lovely young woman greeted us, gave us instructions in the lobby and made sure we had all we needed. Perfect spot for exploring Porto. And small thing but SO appreciated, they sent an email with directions to the closest parking garage and a link to pre purchase parking for a better rate and to ensure we had a spot. Anyone who’s driven in Porto will appreciate just how critical that guidance was!!

Top Location - is walking distance from all major tourist attractions, Sao Bento Station is few minutes away. Very modern apartment with enough space for a couple, kitchenette and nice private bath. Bed was super comfy and big. The best part of the stay was the Top Class Customer Service which was available round the clock and via WhatsApp. They also provided us loads of recommendations for eating and enjoying the city. Check-in was smooth and really well communicated. Highly recommend it.

Nothing wie didn't like. It would be nice to have a coat and umbrella hanger for the wet / rainy days. The room is cozy and on a cold day can feel slightly chilly so you have to wear a sweater inside.

The location was perfect, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops and with amazing views from the lounge area. Very stylish, nice bathroom and a lovely master bedroom. Comfortable beds, too and it was good that it had a lift.

There was no black tea, milk or tea towel, and no hand towel in the bathroom. I was surprised the master bedroom didn't have an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom was small and had no window. The lift is tiny and is up a few stairs, so it's not great for those with lots of luggage as there's nobody to help.

Location is amazing 10/10. Everywhere is walkable. There were 2 bathrooms for 2 of us and this was a luxury. The loft has an AC unit on the top and bottom floor. Lots of space to have privacy throughout the trip. They came in every other day to clean the loft and provided us with new towels and refilled shampoo/shower gel. Really appreciated this. Note the only downfall is lots of noise throughout day AND night. I brought my ear plugs, recommend all travellers to bring their own ear plugs as well. Game changer. Company was responsive via WhatsApp at all times of day, typically responded within 30 mins. Would stay again!
