Location is fantastic, right in the heart of beautiful Zaragoza, a short walk to the Cathedral by the river with many piazza restaurants and shops. The room was a good sized twin with ensuite shower/toilet. Comfortable with great lighting and controls. Nice staff on arrival and check out. Nice breakfast room. Discounted parking in the underground carpark across the road. If you've got luggage I would pull onto the wide paving out of the way of the traffic to unload, leave the wife with the bags and then u turn to cross the road to park. Finding your way out of the carpark is an adventure 🤗.

We were on the 6th floor and the lift was quite slow and small but there were 2 of them. The right one is quicker...😉 The shower was a bit weird with a fixed deluge head located over the taps opposite the opening making it messy and awkward to adjust the temperature before getting in. Just poor design but no great shakes. Breakfast was ok but limited hot food options. Good coffee though...😋 You need to bear in mind the room price and that this is only a 2 star hotel.

Very well located in down town Zaragoza. Walking distance to visit everywhere. There is an underground parking just in front of the hotel (you cannot park in the streets there), which costs something like 12€ a day with a coupon from the hotel. I thought the hotel did not have A/C which worried me (but it says nothing in the ad), but it does have A/C in the end - however the A/C is a bit strange, it is a whole in the wall (like centralised A/C but with very strange setup) - it is not great but it works.

For the price, it is good value for money - A few things could be improved (furniture, A/C...) but you are getting good value for what you pay.

The location of the hotel is in a really good location (quite central). The room was kept generally very clean, from the day of arrival to the day of me leaving. Unfortunately, I cannot comment regarding the breakfast since I never took breakfast at the hotel.

Overall there aren't many negative aspects of the hotel and the room. The only thing I could say that was a bit of a bummer was that the bath, which was also fitted with jaccuzzi jets, did not hold water for long and hence, made the bath quite unusable (only to be used as a shower).

Location perfect for the old town. Breakfast simple but very good. Bed extremely comfortable, and bedroom and bathroom squeaky clean. Staff friendly and helpful, and price very affordable. It lives up to the hotel's aim of provifing comfortable affordable accommodation in excellent locations. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing: on first entering our toom, we were a bit disappointed not to have teamaking facilities, but these were available in the guests' common room downstairs, and the excellent aspects of the hotel (comfort, cleanliness, location, and friendliness, and price) easily outweighed this lack.

The room was small but fits to purpose. It was well equipped, with desk and chair, small bathroom. Towels and the bedsheets were clean. The hotel has a very central location, right next to the main attractions,, restaurants and pedestrian streets.

The walls are paper thin, and you could hear everything from the nearby rooms, both persons during a phone conversation your neighbor had. The bathroom could be a bit better cleaned, as it was slightly moldy at the shower. The bed and the pillows were not so comfy.

The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking garage that gives a discount to guests. Hotel Alda is within walking distance of the cathedrals and Roman ruins. They provide a good breakfast buffet, and our room had a terrace/balcony overlooking a square with a fountain and historic buildings. I would gladly stay there again.

It wasn't possible to turn on the air conditioning in March even though it felt warm to us. That was our experience in other locations in Spain as well so clearly a regional practice.

NIce room, excellent staff next morning, really nice place...after the "getting into the hotel, through security" the night before debacle!

Problem accessing hotel. Arrived just after midnight after a long journey. Nobody on reception and a really complicated app (which didn't work etc) to pay before entering online...very tedious. Would like a real person "on the desk on arrival" for this not a video call...slow, took 40 minutes, a stressful situation as management are not prepared to pay for the service...The people working (online) did their best...without a smartphone we would have been "on the street" that night ...

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable bed. El Corte Inglés is nearby. There is also a cinema Palafox opposite El Corte Inglés. Staff is very helpful and provided useful information like where to purchase a Bus card.

The wash basin in the bathroom is very shallow. So need to be careful when using. There is only one small trash can in the bathroom. It would be better if an additional bigger one is provided in the room.

It's very good value for the money! The room is not too big, but not too small either, and overall very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and it felt very much like home, plus the location is absolutely amazing to see the city.

Minor things, but we missed some appliances such as a water boiler or a fridge. Our entry pass also malfunctioned 3 times during the week, but the staff always helped us out. Overall minor thing they could improve, but nothing to complain about!

Friendly reception and nice bright room with modern bathroom fittings. The very central location opposite a beautiful fountain in the Plaza de España was only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and the old town district of El Tubo with its narrow lanes and large selection of tapas bars and bodegas.

No dislikes. When I research accommodation I usually get what I'm expecting so seldom disappointed.
