good location and easy walking distance around Seminyak. tucked away from the main road and quite in the villa. staff were helpful and friendly. late check out of 12 pm as standard making for a nice sleep in. The pool in the 2 bedroom villa was a nice size for the 4 of us and we loved that the villa has a great speaker system that connected wirelessly to our phone to play music while we swam. Each room had its own split system aircon making it nice to control the individual temperature we wanted. the bathroom was nice and big with a large shower. Beds were really comfortable and had mosquito nets around them. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and full sized fridge. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Both rooms had their own TV.

lots of bugs in and around the pool and sitting area of the villa. leaches we’re on the ground, lots of ants and lizards. No power points on the bath room and no easily accessible free PowerPoints in the bed rooms made it hard to use things like phone chargers, the hairdryer and shavers etc. There was only 1 bathroom with a clogged sink, and the toilet was in the bathroom which made it difficult with 4 Adults and timing showers, and going to the toilet. There were not enough towels for both pool use and shower use for 4 Adults, the tiled areas out side near pool become very slippery and there’s nothing to clean the water up with, unless you use a towel which there is limited supply of. Reception did not appear to be open 24/7.

The villa is beautiful and relaxing, with a private pool and lovely garden. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s in a peaceful spot but still close to shops and cafes. Perfect for a Bali getaway!

It was a bit tricky to find initially, as the villa name on the signboard was faint— a new, clearer sign would definitely help future guests. One issue we experienced was a stray cat occasionally jumping into the villa garden and leaving a mess. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open without walls, so it’s hard to relax and watch TV at night due to mosquitoes, even though mosquito repellent is provided.

I love Villa Eight because of the size the the villa, the location and the very lovely staff. We stayed in a superior villa which is really nicely laid out, two bedrooms & bathrooms and the kitchen has every single thing you need if you want to cook at home. The garden and the pool are beautifully kept and the perfect spot to lay by the pool and read a book. The villa is in an excellent location, walk to the left for 10 mins and you are at the beach. Walk to the right for 5 minutes and you are in Eat Street. There is also a cut through road that take you back to the older Main Street of Seminyak. We walked everywhere it was great. The villa was cleaned every day and even though there were people staying in the villas around us it was super quiet. We felt very safe staying here as there is security around at night as well.

It’s not so much that I didn’t like anything, I stayed here 7 years ago and obviously in this time property’s age so there just needs to be a few little updates. Could do with a free standing fan in the lounge as the ceiling fan didn’t cut though the humidity! There was nothing that would put he off staying here again

Amazing location, so quiet but close to everything in Seminyak. The villa was a little oasis, so spacious and comfortable. Have already recommended this to friends and family.

I don't know what was going on but aside from the cleaners the staff were practically non-existant. There were a few occassions we needed to speak to reception and the office was locked and there was always a sign saying they'd be right back. Not a huge deal but it would be good if they at least had a whatsapp or direct phone number for guests to be able to get into contact with someone.

Large grounds and pool. Bedrooms were decent sizes, with two having large dressing rooms. Great villa for a group. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. Fully equipped kitchen had a large fridge and water dispenser. Lots of shops, restaurants and warungs nearby and only a few minutes walk to Eat street. Staff were very accommodating and arranged cooked breakfasts and an inhouse chef for a celebration dinner.

Pool doesn't get as much sun as pictures would suggest, however it was ok once you got in.

Can't beat the location of these Villa's. So quiet but close to heart of seminyak. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor area was fantastic. Villa was large and the staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The gardens around the pool created a sense of an oasis - just gorgeous.

The villa itself was the deluxe (not the super deluxe which is important) as these looked AMAZING. Our villa offered two good size rooms with a central bathroom. The villa was old and in need of renovation - especially the bathroom & electrical wiring - don't bother trying to dry your hair. We would definitely return but look to lease the Super Deluxe Villas next time.

Very nice villa in the heart of seminyak!the spaces were big for the rooms and bathrooms and also for the big open living room! Very beautiful small pool as well! 5 minutes from the main road of the airy! Super clean and they even sent someone to clean the village during our absence ! Fully recommended!

The layout of the property for two couples was great and the size of the property was fantastic. Initial look is wow very nice.

The whole place is getting a bit tired and worn. First look visually looks wow but on close look a lot is run down and not pristine. Also booking through Booking.com you don't get breakfast included where everyone booking direct gets it made in their villa for them.

Beautiful villa . Great pool . Friendly staff . Nice location . Needs a little but of paint here and there but overall the villa and staff are fantastic.

The villa needs a good clean and a few touch up with paint here and there . The mattress in one of the rooms needs replacing as we could feel the springs .

Staff were so beautiful! Friendly, helpful, very accommodating, kept the villa and the grounds spotless and they were always smiling! We had their chef come to the villa to cook the most amazing feast for us - can highly recommend that experience. We've has such a fabulous time here, we tried to extend our stay but they were booked already.
