Very comfortable bed

Noisy fridge (all night) from next apartment right behind our bed. The staff tried to help but were unsuccessful.

A very friendly place, good breakfast, big apartment. They have a baby pool, and also a bigger one for adults. Towels from the reception. Cleaning was offered every day, but we could not accept it always because our baby was sleeping during the cleaning hours. The staff was really friendly, I really liked all, from reception, to cleaning ladies, to restaurant and bar staff. We had a cot and a high chair for the baby in the room. We found water when arrived, wine and some fruits. Kitchen had everything needed. Dishwasher in the room. They also have spa, but we did not had a chance to go. We ordered food in the room for lunch and dinner, and it was quite good. The terrace was huge with a beautiful view to the pool and sea. We stayed at the 5th floor. Maybe from an upped floor the view would’ve been even nicer. The restaurant though has a direct view to the sea. From our terrace the restaurant from 4th floor was obstructing the sea view. Overall quite a nice place. A couple of minutes till the beach.

I honestly can’t tell. I can not think of anything wrong.

The staff were outstanding- extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was great - a good size. The apartment was wonderful - large, comfortable bed, good shower with jacuzzi type bath, kitchen area with four ring cooker and large fridge. A wonderful veranda with great view over the bay.

Breakfast was just a little disappointing. There was very limited options for a vegan and the cooked food was often tepid. It would have been helpful to have a sharp knife and a tin opener in the kitchen. These are small issues and did not have a particularly negative effect on our stay.

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious executive one bedroom suite on the 8th floor with excellent terrace balcony sea view. Breakfast catered for all European tastes. 10 minute walk from the town and bus station, with a supermarket close by. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Airport shuttle bus available to Rethymno (8Euros) as well as Herkalion and Chania (e-ktel.com). Recommend Othonas Taverna for a Meze meal. Lovely small beach opposite the hotel with natural sea rock pool used by locals. Would certainly recommend this hotel for future vacation.

Unfortunately the terrace sea view bar was closed during late Oct. Some road refurbishment ongoing at present in front of the hotel. Access with reduced mobility might be a problem. Hair dryer needs updating.

Modern hotel with a very spacious room, comfortable bed and very well equipped bathroom. The pool is good size with a reasonable number of sun beds and casual bar available all day . We liked the rooftop bar and restaurant area for sunset. Great choice of food for breakfast.

It’s a good 25 minute walk to old town. There is a small area where people swam in the sea across from the hotel but it’s right beside and across a busy road and didn’t appeal to me. Main beach areas seemed to be the other side of the old town.

It was the end of season but the staff were still very helpful. The chef made special vegan dishes for me at breakfast.

The spa was already fully booked for the two days we were there, it seemed that this was with non residents. The second day was a bridal party. Perhaps message guests with the spa offerings ahead of arrival so they can make reservations prior to arrival? It was a bit ironic to be given a discount voucher for the spa at check in but to then be told it was fully booked.

We liked basically all about this place! We had an apartment with a terrace and a jacuzzi, with a beautiful sea view. Room was spacious, very well designed, quiet and equipped with very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and very nice. Hotel is located approx. 10mins walk from the old town, in rather quiet neighborhood. Breakfast food quality and selection was also very good! Highly recommend!

This hotel was beautiful inside, everything is so crisp and clean. Our room, wow our room was just incredible. The view of the sea from our balcony was out of this world. The hot tub, the dining area and a lounge area on the balcony too it was so spacious it really was perfect. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Anything we needed or wanted was no problem. Really liked staying at this hotel. And so much to see around the local area too.

The location of the hotel, just outside the centre but still walking distance was perfect. It was off season so they upgraded us to a huge suite. Hotel was very quiet as it was getting ready to close for the winter. View was amazing. Suite had living area, kitchen and a massive ocean view deck. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were lots of options for the included breakfast.

We had the suite with 2 bedrooms and living room on the 8th floor. Fantastic terrace with a great view. All rooms have access to the terrace so no need to go through other rooms. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great. Pool was good. Will for sure come back here.
