Breakfast was very good on Saturday. Sunday had to wait guite a long time for food to be set out and it was cold. Sean the desk attendant was absolutely the best. Extremely friendly and very personable. He is an asset to your hotel.

Parking was horrible, not enough spaces. Have an elderly father who is handicapped had to find parking on the street and walk to hotel. It was late at night and neighborhood didn't seem that great.

Staff was amazing!! Lobby, breakfast area & fish tank were welcoming all day long! Place was clean, beds comfortable.

PARKING SUCKS!!!! We had to find a place in the neighborhood each time we returned! We had a family member in a wheelchair so more handicapped parking would have really helped!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the standard double room w. King size bed and although the room itself was small, it was still super comfortable. I only took a star off because although it was very clean, the room kind of smelled like someone had their pet staying with them previously, so that was a bit off putting. Other than that, it was the perfect stay and I would return.

Location was o.k for our purpose. Breakfast could be improved by the addition of eggs , cheese. Decoration of the Lobby and breakfast was good. All personnel was excellent.

Terrible noise of the A/C in the rooms should be eliminated. Not possible to sleep. A small inhouse dining facility should be planned. If not, more choice for food and beverages should be available in the small market.

Location ,staff was helpful, breakfast was good but ended too early for our needs.

The bathroom was supposed to be handicapped accessible. I suppose it was but the water spilled out of the shower all over the floor, making it slippery and there was no seat in the shower for a handicapped person to sit and wash himself. There was also no place to put toiletries or other items.

Breakfast was very good for a buffet. It was replenished and kept warm with good choices: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, juices, good coffee. All facilities seemed very clean. Everyone working there seemd happy and were quick to ask if you needed any help. I would stay here again.

The location to family was great. The free parking, free breakfast, friendly staff and clean room were all great! It was exactly what we needed... a clean place to stay. (The rooms are quite small, but we didn't mind.)

The room smelled like perfume...not sure if it was a room spray, or leftover smell from past guest. It mostly smelled in the closet. so we kept the door shut.

The breakfast was great! The staff was very accommodating to all my requests. I had my baby boy with me and they all were just super helpful and friendly. Most of all, I felt very safe. The room was perfect for us. King bed and bathroom with tub.

I didn’t like that they booked a room literally right next to our room (woman with baby). They could of at least booked every other room and gave us space. We heard the couple yelling at one point and their door slamming.

Not sure what the hours were, however I left at 5:20am---would have been nice to have something available

The parking is not adequate for a hotel this size----I had to park a couple of blocks away down a dark side road. The neighborhood was probably safe---but you never know.

The staff is absolutely fantastic at this place. Could not even improve. They actually care about what they are doing. So rare these days

I am pretty hard-pressed to come up with something that needs improvement. Maybe just a little bit of updating the hallway carpeting or something.
