We are given an upgrade on the room that we booked. The restaurant and the reception, especially the staffs, particularly Duc & Yen from the restaurant, for their undivided attention towards us and all other guest. But overall all the staffs are very hardworking n attentive. Cheers to the staffs of this hotel.

The toilet exhaust fan. We stayed there for 7 nights and was moved to 2nd room after the third night, both the room's exhaust fan are not working, while they managed to repair the fan for the first room, the 2nd was irreparable, even after we keep on reminds them about it

The breakfast provided great selections and they made sure that I had vegetarian options. The staff were attentive and friendly. Everyone was lovely and went out of their way to help me. I will definitely stay here again

The bathtub in the room leaked water from the bottom when I drained the water in it after baths. The water went all over the bathroom. Also, I tried to call the restaurant for room service and no one ever picked up. Also the windows let a lot of outside sound in. The room was on the 12th floor and even with the balcony door and window closed, I could hear everything that was going on outside. There was a private party in the pool on level 3 and I could hear everything. If you want a peace and quiet sleep this is not the place

The breakfast is simple and just average. In terms of location wise, it is a strategic place as it is a walking distance to My Khe beach. Customer service skills are good, especially with the receptionists who assisted me in everything, including the provided accommodations.

The room was very nice bed was comfortable etc. Bathroom was big and spacious. The pool area was very nice. Staff were 10/10.

The machines in the gym were very rusty and dated which was off putting, neither treadmill worked. The breakfast was limited (from the point of view of a western couple) however this is quite specific and it comes down to personal preference. The toast was great!

Location and room was beautiful.

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. The 4th morning my kids begged not to go. Very few fresh fruits or juices offered. No meat. No butter for bread. Cold coffee.

We were happy with nearly all aspects of accommodation. Location is good. Buffet breakfast had more Asian meal choices but did also cater to western style foods but not as much variety.

Breakfast was excellent, all the staff were exceptionally kind and Dùac made us feel like family. Thank you very much it was a true pleasure.

Exceptional. The location is excellent, the service of the staff is perfect! The pool has an amazing view and the music with the tasty cocktails it was magical! Would definitely come back!
