The location is only a block away from the beach. They even provide two pairs of flip-flops in case you want to try the beach. There are tons of restaurants next door. You are literally in the busiest part of the beach town. The staff are very well trained and even help you exchange money at the spot. Make no mistake, it's not a five-star hotel, but it has all you need. I would recommend to any "red-neck" minded travelers. Not very fancy but gets the job done. As long as it works, it ain't stupid, I am telling you.

Sound proofing needs improvement. The guy next door was banging a massauer until 2am. I asked the front to change my room the next morning. The information said there's a rooftop bar. There's only one roof and no bar.

We really liked the location. Very close to beach and everywhere we wanted to go too.

On booking the hotel at no time were we informed that the bar and steam room would not be available as they were out of order due to maintenance the pool area was untidy so decided not to use.

Lots of construction starting up early in the morning, our room didn’t have a shower, just a bathtub with a handheld shower head

The location was very good, many restaurants, shops near by. Also it was just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bed was quite comfortable.

The fridge at our room was useless. Would be great if you could give more Western options for breakfast.

We did organise for an airport shuttle, however they forgot and we ended up having to take a taxi (was cheaper then the airport shuttle so worked out ok)

We booked two rooms and they were both spacious and clean.

The sauna was out of service and the pool was jot heated for the cool weather we had in Da Nang.

Rooms are really nice, spacious and modern. Such good value for money. The rooftop pool isn’t huge but is nice. Location is ok. 5 min walk to the beach and there are restaurants around 5-10 min walk away. Would recommend this place it was a nice bit of ‘luxury’ after travelling for 2 months! 10 min drive from airport but we booked taxi through grab as it was cheaper than what the hotel offered.

This hotel isn’t in the main area of da nang, that’s about 2-3km away if you’re staying for a few days look up bikini bottom restaurant for more central location.

I recently stayed at this property and was pleased with the level of service. The staff were courteous and allowed me to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled time. My room was clean, tidy, and fully met my expectations. They were also prompt in assisting me when I requested a room change. I would especially like to acknowledge the front desk associate, Ms. Hoai Van, for her friendly and attentive approach in handling all my inquiries.
