Though we booked a room of 13m2, the room size was good enough for our two big luggages. The onsite parking was also convenient. When we arrived the three space of the onsite parking was full. But the host was very helpful to sort out a parking space for us. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor which was well equipped. All and all it was above our expectations. It was very clean, cozy and modern. The location was not far from the station and town centre. It’s about 10 mins walk. Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s were nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

The property has great interior design and is really lovely. It is walking distance to Altrincham town centre, the bed was comfy, it was really clean, they provide a great kitchen to sort breakfast and you cannot hear the other residents in their rooms. The communication from the team was great too.

The only minor thing was our room didn’t have much space for our luggage and there was no wardrobe (just hangars on a coat rack) or cupboards to put clothes in but that’s a small price to pay for staying in such a lovely clean house.

Everything!! Perfect location for Tatton park flower show. A short walk from accomodation to a fabulous Italian restaurant! Checking in with a key lock box with ease. Off-road parking was available. The room was perfect and immaculate. Attention to detail was 10/10. Everything we required and more. A really hot day but a fabulous freestanding fan was in the room and we had a really comfortable sleep in a lovely bed! We were two females travelling together who ideally wanted twin beds which were not available BUT the bed was made up for us with two single duvets which was the perfect alternative. The shower room was divine. Thank you for the best experience!!

Absolutely nothing!

Checking in was very simple as the property was accessed with a key located in a lock box by the front door. I checked in late which was no issue.

The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the owner left out complimentary tea/coffee, waters, and biscuits, very nice touch. The shared kitchen was also very clean and accessible. I needed a charger for a laptop for work which I forgot at home, within 10 mins of contacting the owner for a laptop charger, I had one in the room.

Location was great. The area was quiet and only a short walk into the town centre. The room was lovely and clean. Having access to Netflix was great for evening TV. Access to the property was easy and the information sent prior to arrival regarding entry to the property was clear. The drinks and toiletries provided were a lovely touch too.

We were unsure where to park due to the layout of the car park. Luckily there was a space on the road so we used that instead. The room rate was quite expensive; however, it appears that most places near trams are expensive when there is a football match on.

Initially booked for a couple but ended up coming with a friend, perfect for what we needed it for (watching ice hockey) and would have also been lovely for a couple. Right near where we needed to go, and a short taxi ride from the local bars 👌Great communication from host throughout and nice little touches around the building. Very comfortable bed, room lovely and clean. The shared kitchen on the upper floor was great, we didn't use the facilities in there but it is very handy if you plan on cooking or doing some washing! I'll definitely book again if I am in the area and will highly recommend 😊

Lovely decor with comfortable bed. A nice touch having tea/coffee and biscuits provided, as well as an in-room fridge with bottled water too. VERY clean throughout. Our visit was during December and the front of the property and inside staircase was decorated beautifully with festive decorations. The self check-in was seamless and a feature we felt worked really well. Would love to visit and stay again in the future!

Genuinely can’t think of anything!

The room was fantastic. Well designed, homely and comfy. Great facilities with lovely additional extras (like sleep eye masks (although not needed as the blackout curtains worked a treat)!) Well thought facilities and 'treats' across the building (kitchen / hallway - books, flowers, chocolates!) Perfect location - 5-10 minute walk into town which is a hidden gem. Full of independent shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Loved the market too

A quiet location but only a short walk to Hale village High Street. The owner came to meet us on check in and offered us the choice of 3 rooms as we were staying for 3 weeks which was wonderful. We ended up in a separate studio apartment which was better comfortable, warm and well furnished to make it fell like a room at home rather than a clinical hotel room. Owner didnt live on site but was easy to contact, extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests or requirements

Only a very minor issue - parking can be an issue when all rooms are full. The on street parking is a lottery depending on time of day with limits between 9am and 5pm

Very clean property and room! The host is very accommodating, helpful, organized and communicates well. They reassigned us to another room prior to our arrival due to a TV maintenance problem. They sent me a text to let me know and I appreciated that effort to make sure we had a properly working TV and for the communication. They set up a taxi pick up for me for an early flight. The room is very pretty with plush, new carpet, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, nice coffee & snack station and very clean/new feeling bathroom. Large plush towels and bathroom emergency kits provided as well as access to kitchen use as well. The security front door opens to a lovely foyer prior to the individually locked rooms. We felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is well kept and pretty, it is quiet also. From the train, we walked a few blocks and were there. Perfect for what we needed!

Nothing negative to say. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
