Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. Spacious room just as in the description with a large bed & spa bath. The facility is decorated with style like with oil paintings and books, making it all cozy. Breakfast was great, just as coffee. I also have to praise Anna, who is the best receptionist ever, very friendly and supportive!

Room is not soundproof and it was a bit noisy, with noise coming from the road just as bar downstairs. For the first, make definitely sure all windows are closed (for the room with spa bath also the windows behind oil paintings). For the following I would recommend to hang out a sign to please keep the corridor door closed, just as to respect others by not slamming the door. A small improvement would be to add a tiny step beneath the shower, that would avoid flooding the toilet area. Last comment is my personal preference of having soft pillows, it does however seem in Thailand you only get hard ones ;)

Loved the people, everyone friendly with their own personality. Bed was huge and AC is good. I wish it was a little cheaper but I will definitely return. The gym upstairs is not new but still in working condition… and glad they had fans up there for the heat. About a 15min walk to the beach Area is decent: down the road there are massage places, a 7/11 and a late night weed shop that also acts as a bar . There is also a laundry place next door that is good

No criticisms from me. Tip: close the bathroom door open while showering due to heat getting into the room. I found out about the bar downstairs on my last evening just bc of the way it’s positioned.

Anna and the staff working along with her was so polite and helpful, After being alone they never made me feel like one. They kept it like a home for me. Thankful. Sea you soon

I really everything about Baipho , very big and clean room ! With 3 windows + one window at bathroom with table and chairs to relax ! Excellent price for everything they provide for you ! The location is amazing heart of patong many shops and massage around you even though it’s pretty quiet at room ! I would give it 5 stars for the experience! Stuff was super nice and kind they treat guests as friends , very helpful very kind and funny u just can talk with them as ur friends I really loved them , I do my research be4 coming to Phuket and definitely was right decision to stay at Baipoho lifestyle , for sure coming back again ♥️🇹🇭

We enjoyed everything about the property! the rooms are very spacious and beautiful for Phuket standards! the gym, bar/breakfast all exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to see Anna, Ping and Cookie whom i feel a genuine friendship was formed through my stay. it's important to know the rooms are much brighter and more beautiful in person than in pictures. planning my next trip back already!

The property had good options for breakfast. The dining area was cozy. The location was perfect for a stay. Walking distance from every attractions in patong beach.

We stayed in Phuket for two nights, mainly to finish our shopping before heading to the islands. Since we weren’t interested in beach activities, we needed a hotel close to the shopping areas and all the hustle and bustle. This hotel was perfect for that. It’s right in the middle of everything—a short walk to Jungceylon Mall, the night market, and Bangla Road. It was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff (especially Cookie!) made it feel extra special with their personal touch. Thank you!

The staff is very frindly, the location is good. The room was clean and the breakfest modest but good enugh. A good value for the money we paid.

The aircondition was a bit old, the room and the bath modest. The pic on booking does not reflect the reality (a bit dissapointed)

I am very glad we chose Baipho for a long term stay. Very clean and comfortable room with all necessities. Truly kind and caring staff always there for you. For such a busy tourist area it was so quiet in the room,so we could rest at night. Great location, near to all activities and shops, 10 minutes walking from the beach. Freshly brewed coffee and squeezed juice for breakfast. The accommodation overcame any expectations, especially considering the price we paid for it. Absolutely loved it. Great thanks to you!

Very close to bangla Road, 7-11 across the road easy reach to the beach and night life. The staff very nice always helpful and friendly, expecially Anna. Her energy so nice and kind. The hotel is traditional so dont expect modern but it's nice and quiet. Nice breakfast made on demand fresh. Would recommend it.
