The room was clean and comfortable, and extremely well soundproofed so very quiet despite the very loud station being right across the road. Staff were very friendly.

There is a lift but it is a tiny 1-person lift that cannot accommodate a wheelchair or buggy unfortunately. The weather was extremely hot the night we stayed and we had to keep the windows closed overnight to keep the station noise out, but that meant the room was far too hot as there was no aircon or fan. If it had been a cooler day the room would have been very comfortable.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from the station and all regional transport. The value for money is great. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but for one night with this location, it really was great value for money. The bedroom was clean, beds comfortable, working shower although a little small. But again, not a problem for one night. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok too, although could have a couple more savoury options, but overall for the price it fills its goal.

The pillows were not great and the sink in the bathroom was too small to fill in a water bottle (however glasses are provided).

The personnel were very friendly and with always with a smile on their lips, ready to provide any information and help may needed. The breakfast was good enough, and I can.say vfm option. The best thing is that the location is 100 meters of the central Koln station

The room was not perfectly cleaned as I saw a lot of dust at the corners of the room. Also, the room was very small . it hardly fits our luggage. The last thing is that the bed mattress was very soft and not very comfortable for me to sleep.

The location was ideal. It was close to the train station and the city centre. The room was comfortable and well insulated. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and those with which I had contact were English speaking.

The toilet in the room needed some attention. Though it flushed alright it had a constant drip. This didn't really bother me and could be easily repaired by a plumber.

The hotel is located directly across the road from the Central Station and five minutes from the Cologne Dom. It’s simple and clean with a modern, newly-renovated bathroom. I needed a place to sleep because I was in Cologne for a concert and it was the perfect place to stay.

It’s convenient and in a perfect location. I have nothing to complain about.

I stayed for one night, as I went to a concert and needed to catch an early train in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as booked. And even though the shower drain did not work, which resulted in a slightly flooded bathroom at 5 in the morning, staff was extremely helpful with removing the watery mess ;-)

The room was a bit too cold for my liking, even with the heating on.

It was very near the central station, making it very convenient. The property was very nice to let us leave our bags before check in (but do note that our bags were left in the dining area beside the reception!). The room had enough space for 3.

The lift was small (only fits one person at a time).

Very good location and 24/7 front desk which was very convenient for me as I decided to stay there last minute due to a train cancellation + super close to the train station

Maybe a bit expensive especially because I didn't get any breakfast but again it was a last minute reservation.

Great location, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the main station. Very helpful multi-lingual reception staff and a good breakfast. Comfortable room.

There was a leak where the shower head connected to the hose (although it was still possible to have a good shower). Also the safe in my room didn't work, although this was not a big problem for me as I didn't have anything really valuable. I didn't report these as they were only minor annoyances that didn't really affect how much I enjoyed my stay. The wi-fi only worked in reception and not in my room.

Very close to train station and cathedral. The windows are amazingly soundproof, with them open it was a nice breeze and a lot of hustle and bustle from the street. You'd close the window and it was silent. The staff was amazingly kind and friendly and helpful in every interaction.
