overall was good, unexpected room, and nice also, its like you pay cheap but get such a 5star hotel room. i like the most was the pool, the scenery from the top was so good, if you go to swim by 6.00pm you can see the sunset from the building and the bar was so good also. at down level got a lot of convenient shop which easier to buy any kind of thing. the host also was very helpfully. will repeat again

parking not included and the parking rate quite expensive. cost rm11 per day.

This is my second stay with Lush Living. I got assigned a different room from the first booking, and this had a better night view of the KL Twin Towers. Instructions from the host is clear and I had no issues collecting the passes and getting into the room. As I mentioned in my first review, it is basically a hotel room. Overall, this hotel/residence is in pretty good shape (except the gym). The rooftop swimming pool offers a fantastic bird eye's view of the surrounding area, especially during evenings when the sun is not as punishing. The room is very spacious for a single person. The size is sufficient for 2 pax, but it really depends on the needs of who you're staying with, and that is highly subjective The king-size bed offers good support, and the bedsheets are of high quality and very comfy The location is right in the middle of a Chinese food enclave, so there are a lot a lot of restaurants within walking distance. If you look at the map, it's at the end of Bukit Bintang. Nearby is Lalaport, a very big shopping centre managed by Mistui, which offers shopping, dining and even play options. There is even a Go-Kart on the roof. Another major shopping centre is Berjaya Times Square Depending which room you are assigned, you might get a view of the "front" which is just a road and LRT or if you face the "back", the night view is really great if you are staying around level 8 and above.

As I said previously in my first review, the gym is in dire shape. Aircon is still out with only fans that are only circulating hot air. Be aware that there is no laundry in this building, although you can easily find 3 laundromats just behind the hotel. Small inconvenience as you have to walk there, wash, wait for it to complete, and then shift to the dryer to dry. Limited TV options if that's your thing. One last caution, the digital lock takes a while to auto lock. So, if you just step out of the room, you can still get back into the room without entering the passcode. This is room dependent, so check before you leave.

Unfortunately, the gym is in poor condition. When I visited, there was only a single working treadmill. You can see many machines that are not working but not fixed. The aircon was also not working. I'm not sure if it is a perpetual problem or just that particular day. A slight inconvenience is the lack of washing machines/dryers in the development. However, I later realized there are as many as 3 laundromats just in the food enclave area directly behind. The only other "complaint" are the limited options for TV Box channels and the lack of power points near the bed. But these are not dealbreakers.

Location. Housekeeping staff Akmal, attentive & cleans well. Jeremy, owner always replies to my queries & hic cups promptly. Very professional.

Some amenities in the room have been tampered by previous guests. Needs fixing. Shower faucet came off. Toilet paper holder dangling off from the wall. TV not in operation. Reason given they are in the process of upgrading it??? The small gap on the floor between the room & bathroom area needs to have some kind of safety measure. To place a flashy flourescent tape so that there's no toe injury. Raised these concerns directly to owner Mr Jeremy. He is very prompt & acknowledged them in professional manner. He is en guard & literally responded to my queries almost like 24/7 on the spot That's very assuring & comforting. What makes me like staying here is the housekeeping Mr Akmal. Polite, helpful gentleman. Cleans the room impeccably. Well done. Thank you very much.

A great location near the centre of Kuala Lumpur and all that there is to do there. It’s a nice room with a good working A/C unit and spacious layout. Full access to the Gym and Rooftop swimming pool which was a nice added bonus!

The adjacent room is oddly abandoned and there was a huge hole in the door allowing us to see exposed piping in the bathroom, this created a bad aroma/smell which was present in the bathrooms of our room.

Best pp ratio airbnb in pudu. Easy check in/check out, furthermore no deposit needed. with this price where u can get a specular pool, gym and sauna steam facility, sizeable room in the middle of city like this! u can only get small non star hotel with this price in other area like petaling street, bukit bintang ,sunway, damansara, asiajaya, or subang.

1. for longer stay period, its better if can provide cheap tvbox like mi tvbox, its a waste cuz the WIFI is good but we only have mytv to watch, and the tv are not support hand phone casting. 2. Due to early arrivals so we request host helping for luggage storage, but its take about an hour for the staff to come down entertain us, and this wired looby only have one aircond running at 33 degree hot day! but akmal is very nice eventually.

Was very good! Perfect location: tram station is at 5min, then you get at central KL in about 15min. You can also get to some good places walking. Comfortable beds, enough space in room, huge closet. Beautiful views from rooftop swimmingpool. It was nice experience.

The only thing that was not perfect it was the shower water, I tried but did not manage to get the water as hot as I'm used too, but it was okay, at least was not totally cold. Also the light in the morning from the bathroom's window woke me up pretty early as it has no blinders or courtains, but it's good to seize the day!

Nice place, clean, modern, with security and amazing pool. The area is quite residential and relatively quiet, with some shops and restaurants nearby. Times Square Mall is also sort of in walking distance (15min?). Bukit Bintang with all its busyness is close, but far enough away as to not be too stressful. I’d come again!

Only minuses are that it is a bit pricey for me, but I think it's average for KL, I guess. And when a particular security guards had his shift by the pool, he would be very busy with his phone and hide behind a pillar where he wouldn’t have been able to see any of the deckchairs and what’s was going on in the pool. And I would have preferred to get the instructions as to how to get into the room a day earlier (I got it pretty late in the evening the day before I arrived).
