This is a mini apartment that makes us extremely satisfied. This place ensures security and is in the center of KL so it's easy to get around. The room is like a mini-apartment with everything for us: dryer, fast water boiler, TV with bluetooth connection,... There is a swimming pool with excellent views . Especially we can walk through Lalaport shopping area because there is a road connecting through there is very convenient. Very satisfied with the quality and service here.

Easy access to lalaport and hang tuah station, tho only if you have the access card. Else, you had to walk from the outside to reach the residence.

Cleaning wise need to improve more. The water used by previous tenant inside the boiler was not removed and it's not washed properly cause the water inside was oily and there's some noodle stuck inside it. Please take note on this. And the towel provided has stain on it. Aside from the boiler and towel, all in all it was still okay.

The room was really nice and tidy, and the view was exceptional, one of the best views of KL, you can see the Twin Towers and at night it was amazing. The ultimate facility was ofcourse the Rooftop infinity swimming pool. One of the nicest pools we ever ever swam in. And for those who don't like the heights, there is also a really nice large swimming pool on the third floor with Jacuzzi. Overall, an amazing accommodation to stay at, and very central, easy to access the amazing city that is Kuala Lumpur. Lucentia boleh!

Very, very impressive luxury building in central location right next to the brand new LaLaPort mall which features plenty of cool restaurants & shops. The infinity rooftop pool with superb view on the Petronas Towers is simply stunning, and so is the architecture & design of the flat & building which can compete with 5 star hotels. Most highly recommended spot and kind host who was also kind enough with my late arrival caused by an unanticipated 2-hour long queuing at passport control at the airport !

The residence was very clean, and the pools and view are amazing, also the security is top notch, which made us feel very safe.

We only received one card, which is required to operate the lift and get in and out of the residence. Having an extra card key would change the 9 to a 10 for us.

Everything was great! The location is safe, security and in the very center. Gorgeous view from the room and of course the most beautiful thing is the pool on the 35th floor and the view of the whole city. They met me and even gave me a ride to the Petronas Towers after the session. I definitely recommend this pesto!

I was having conference in Times Square, it was a convenient location. Nice view - overlooking all landmark buildings such as Twin Towers, KL tower, Merdeka tower.. Room was comfortable and clean. Wifi and netflix available.

Wifi was not stable during my stay, i am not sure if it was just my luck.

The infinity pool view was spectacular..the gym also. Complete with basic needs, towel,kettle, microwave & youtube netflix. There is a short cut to lalaport mall at G level( the door behind the motorcycle area). Easy check in and check out. Will repeat this one.Highly recommended.

The room is in a very accessible location with direct connection to Lalaport. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Room has a great view of KL and is very comfortable and clean overall.

The kitchen sink may occasionally give off a smell, something to take note of.

The location is central, very close to Lalaport which is a huge mall and has great dining and drinking choices which we like.

The bathroom shower should be much cleaner. The ceiling fan is great but the speed is too fast :)
