We had an incredible stay at Relais Rione Ponte. Pino was a very kind host and gave us super tips on how to navigate Rome and where to eat. When it comes to location, this hotel is hard to beat! Right in the center of all the major attractions. We also loved walking straight into ruins just across the street from the hotel. The AC worked perfectly and was a huge treat coming home after a hot day exploring Rome. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet in the evening. We will always return to this Hotel when visiting Rome. Thank you to the team at Relais Rione Ponte.

Location is excellent for visiting the major tourist attractions in Rome. The Vatican/Sistine chapel, Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Forum, etc. are all easily walkable from Relais Rhone Ponte. We spent 7 nights and had plenty of time to visit all of those sites and many other churches, restaurants, and neighborhoods. The room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The front desk staff was always available and helpful. Overall excellent stay. We stayed in rooms 103 and 104.

Could not have been better. We were happy with all aspects of the stay. The property exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous locations, clean and great space!

nice sized room , very comfortable and large bed . Big bathroom .Nice to just have a room without the fuss of a hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location for walking to all the main areas in Rome.

Small attention to detail needed - eg the shower head was largely blocked with lime scale so I cleaned it myself to get more force from it. As the ceilings were high , a few more pictures on the wall wall would soften the feel of the room. An iron would have been useful.

We reached the hotel at 7 am. They arranged an early check in and upgraded us to a suite. The location is excellent. We walked to all the sites. The room was very well organised and had everything we needed.

We really can't find anything we disliked. The only thing is there is no one present at night if you need anything. However, Laura explained everything very well and was available on the phone.

Just left this hotel after a week long stay in a junior suite. Location allows you to walk to many Rome landmarks. Well-maintained property, caring and professional staff go above and beyond. This is truly a special place that I recommend highly.

Staff were very welcoming and gave us great advice on where to go locally and on transport and also make great coffee! Hotel was spotlessly clean and room had everything we needed. Within walking distance of many of the sites and good local restaurants. Taxi rank close by. Would love to return.

Loved the location, it felt really safe and could walk to all the sites in Rome. Reception staff were very helpful at check in and gave some great restaurant tips.

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lift and stairs but that’s very common in Rome.

Very clean, super comfortable, quiet room. It’s very central but the hotel has done an excellent job at noise blocking. Best sleep we have had so far on our eurotrip. I can’t remember the name of who we had at the front desk for check in & check out, but she was lovely and very helpful!

The location is close to everything. Staff is super friendly. Staff gave us champagne as compliments for our honey moon. Supper nice.

The lift was down on the day check out, we had to carry the luggage down from floor two as staff only work from 8-6 each day.
