Great location and if you are driving there is a parking lot next to the property.

Some suites have shared balconies, so make sure you research specific suites if that is the problem for you.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were really amazed by it. Firstly, the location of the hotel is great. You can see the amazing views of the whole city and also the sunset in the sea from the hotel. Secondly, the service was wonderful. All people from the staff were really nice to us and they helped us a lot in organising our transport and also other activities like going on a boat in the sea. Finally, the rooms were also nice. We had a room for three with a jacuzzi and we liked it a lot. Outside every room there are sun-beds which is an amazing detail to the room. Also the thing that satisfied us the most from this hotel is the fact that every morning you have your breakfast being served and the table in front of your room so as soon as you open the doors when you wake up you can have a beautiful sea view with your breakfast.At all our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable and we recommend it to other people so that they can have an amazing stay at Santorini.

From the minute my daughter and I arrived to Ikies in Santorini we were in awe with the location the view the room and the incredible staff. We even got to meet the owner! Thank you to Katerina Kiriaki Gianni Fred and all the staff! I can't say enough great things each and every one and how amazing they were to us! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! Our table (each room has an assigned table) was a dream! Our breakfast which we got to choose every night for the next morning was cooked to perfection! We even had lunch and other meals there that were so delicious! Choices were great! It was quite with an amazing pool overlooking the caldera! A quick walk to the center of Oia! Also when our flight was cancelled late at night without hesitation they made sure they could accommodate us! I am so thankful for everything! We can wait to go back! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! Ikies Suites Santorini is an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and took great care of us the whole trip, from organising taxis, helping us with our luggage etc. The property is beautiful, perfect location to have great views of Oia, but only a short walk into the centre of Oia. Our suite was wonderful, and the private terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast on every morning. Breakfast was also incredible, and a great selection. We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat

Excellent location, stunning views and really comfy property. The breakfast each morning was fab, delivered to our terrace - sometimes a bit cold but that is understandable given it is taken to the terrace. It was so peaceful and away from the centre, but just a couple of minutes from the restaurant options. Sunset from the terrace was incredible. Beautiful few days of escape.

It took a little while for the mugs and supplies in the room to be re-stocked and it would have been a nice touch to have fresh bottled water each day. But that's just a minor point.

The IKIES is perfect! It is located at the beginning of Oia so you can see the whole town like a picture postcard from the hotel. The staff are amazing! A special thanks to Catherina for her warm welcome and helping us with whatever we needed be it a taxi or restaurant reservations. The breakfast is served on your private terrace and absolutely delicious and had so many unlimited options that we didn’t know what to choose! The hotel also provides all day dining in your room/terrace and whenever we ordered anything it was superb. We can’t wait to go back!

The location of IKIES is perfect. At the quiet edge of Oia, you are no more than about 10mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the busy village. Our room (The Boatman's) was positioned for the most amazing views of the sunset, the Oia vista and the sea. Breakfast, drinks, meals were served on the terrace of our room - what more can one ask for?!

For my wife and I, IKIES is the perfect place to stay when visiting Oia. We will definitely look to stay here again if we were to (very likely) return.

"Magical experience" about sums up our stay at Ikies Santorni. From the moment the staff was there to greet us with a cold drink and a snack, staying at Ikies was a once in a lifetime experience. You will not believe the view of the Aegean and Oia--absoutely stunning. Ikies is a true 5 star + boutique hotel with gracious staff, service and hospitality unmatched anywhere. Our room--Antiquarian's-- had a lower level bedroom and bathroom which was perfect for our 23 yr old son. Main level was the second bedroom and bathroom with living area and small kitchen with mini fridge and coffee maker. The rooms are cleaned daily and ours included a very large terrace which was our absolute favorite spot because of the awe-inspiring views. Guests custom order breakfast the night before and it's delivered to the terrace at the time you select. Highly recommend you enjoy your first night dinner at Ikies--again delivered to your terrace. We enjoyed that experience so much that we only ate out once, cancelled our other reservations and ate at Ikies two more nights. One other important note: Ikies is located away from the center of Oia in a very quiet setting yet an easy walk into town. We always had a restful night's sleep and found all guests respectful of the need for quiet. Many other hotels are on the path to town where people constantly are walking by. Ikies is an experiece you won't forget and to our family was worth every Euro we spent to stay there. Is it cheap? Well, that depends on how you value the experience. For us, it was well worth the money--no question. Bravo to the entire staff at Ikies for a truly special and memorable holiday.

Everything looks amazing, the staff were exceptional. faultless, they attended to my every need and always polite and courteous. I couldn’t fault them. the breakfast was really nice with options and delicious fresh orange juice, organic eggs, and plenty of choice in the menu which is served in your own dining space. They provide clean towels and fresh water everyday, I asked to skimp on fresh towels daily as I don’t need it myself but the option to as there if you like. I really would like to have stayed in a bigger room but I got what I paid for, so if you value a bit more space, dig deeper in your pockets as for me it was too late to change my mind and upgrade. the room however was comfortable and well equipped and the shower tray was leaking which made a terrible mess every time I had a shower. I’m sure they fix it easily.

my room was very small, and in fact I chose the cheapest room when I made my booking so if you like a bit more space it’s probably worth paying extra. the gardener suit also shares a courtyard making it less private.

First of all, the staff was exceptional. Particularly Artimes and George who helped us many times during our stay, but in all, the total staff at Ikie was great. The Breakfast was included and it had a great selection. The breakfast was delivered to our private veranda (overlooking the caldera). We also had dinner on site two evenings...this was an extra charge but the prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. Once again, the dinner were served outside of our room with a view of sunset- incredible. From what I could see, every room had the ability to have private dining outside and had a jaccuzi. The rooms had dehumidifiers ...which helps keep them smelling fresh..Santorini can quite humid The staff set up transportation, helped with luggage...a truly "first class" operation. The views from this property are spectacular
