I loved how the room was quiet; I did not have to worry about any loud neighbors. The maid service was friendly and always smiling, which made me feel very comfortable, as it was my home away from home. Marvelous!

I did not like not having a scenic view. I was also disappointed with the restaurant service, as I was not waited on initially. Fortunately, the front desk person intervened and went to the kitchen to see what was happening. However, when my meal arrived, it was not cooked through, and the waitress never checked on me. In fact, the only times I saw her were when the food was delivered and when it was time for payment. I only hope this was not something personal.

Parking was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was only one wait staff on the first morning we went down for breakfast and every table was full - poor thing was a bit overwhelmed. We sat at the high-top and were told at first we couldn't sit there. Then someone else came along and took our order and we were able to stay where we were. Another family came in and had the same issue. The good thing was that several front desk teammates came over and helped with the crowd. Breakfast was very good - fresh and warm.

We were hoping to use the pool, but the water was super cold and we couldn't get in. Since it wasn't heated, that was unfortunate. This was even after a very warm day with temps in the upper 80's.

Angel at the front desk was incredible! So kind and attentive! The room was nice and clean! Cookies were great. Loved the gated parking! Great spacious room. Totally enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast was free so I really shouldn’t complain! Staff weren’t working the hostess stand. Food took a long time. The avocado toast I ordered featured un-toasted bread and overall could’ve used some seasoning.

didnt like the towels, they were not soft- didn't care for the staff- unless you were white you got acknowledged !! when we arrived Gwendowlyn checked us in we were not offered any bottled water or cookies-when we arrived at 4pm- when we came down the next morning for breakfast we were not acknowledged- we stood in the lobby waiting for my husband to get the car and the lady at the front desk NEVER OPENED HER MOUTH TO SPEAK TO SAY HELLO OR CAN SHE HELP US WITH ANYTHING- BUT AS SOON AS 3 WHITE PEOPLE STEPPED OFF THE ELEVELATOR SHE SPOKE NOT ONCE TO THEM BUT TWICE TO THEM AND STILL NEVER OPENED HER MOUTH TO US- I I LITERATLY HAD TO ADDRESS HER AND SHE WAS LIKE OOH IM SORRY!! REALLY..

The cleaning team coming in my room every day. That is not usual now days since COVID. Plus the clean crew without checking threw away my daughter's gift for her friends birthday because they just threw bags away that were in my room. I will definitely next time make sure that no one is allowed to enter my room unless I ask them to.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to University of Texas at San Antonio Main Campus . However the secure parking and the excellent breakfasts as well as the super attentive staff were additional significant “likes” for me as well.

The “Enomatic” wine dispenser (just as George the barman) lol . Seriously though there was nothing to dislike about this hotel

I loved the check in process. The person who greeted us gave each of us a cookie and let us spin a wheel, which awarded things from the store. He was kind and informative and made me feel very welcomed. Rooms were very clean, paid breakfast was very good. I will certainly stay here again.

The bar wine glasses were spotty. I required the bar tender to wipe them down before the pour. The wine served came from a screw top bottle which isn't synonymous for a higher-tier wine. Not complaining about the wine at all, I mean, it's a hotel, not a chop house. Anyways, it was more about the dirty glasses.

Gym, fresh and new. Very friendly and attentive staff

The a/c system didn’t allow for continuous fan. It toggled on and off so vacillated between too hot and too cold at night. Also the shower fixture design is dreadful - can’t tell where is hot / cold

Very clear. Very friendly staff. Close by a couple of restaurants by walking to end of parking lot as well as a cvs on the corner for items. They have large parking with need of car key for private parking

Hotel and rooms were very clean and kept well. The service at the hotel and the cleaning of the rooms were fantastic. If you left the room late morning it was still serviced.

Some construction was going close by and the neighborhood didn't seem great.
