The location was fantastic. Right on Southbank area of the Thames, making it easy to walk everywhere. Blackfriars train station is also a 5 minutes walk away, and the underground is over the bridge easily walkable. We found the accommodation easily and was quiet over the NYE dates we were there. The lady at check-in was friendly and super helpful ( I think her name was Yvonne ) You have many restaurants all in an easy walking distance. The accommodation itself was asthectically lovely (Premier Studio ). The amenities in the room were brilliant and had the bonus of a washing/dryer machine, which saved us hunting around for a launderette. Also, you can cook for yourself if wanted, and it was nice to be able to buy breakfast stuff to make in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was lovely and clean. The room was warm, and there was no need to use the heaters. I found the price reasonable, compared to hotels in the area and the amenities the room had, especially as it was booked last minute and over NYE.

The only downside for us was the constant air flow sound in the room. I am a light sleeper and use earplugs. But sitting in the room in the day, the constant background noise got annoying. Bar this I still would highly recommend the property as maybe this doesn't affect people it was only our downside.

We booked 2 x 1 bedroom apartments which were the perfect size for 2 nights stay - especially for our elderly parents. Very easy check in, staff very helpful and welcoming. Lift access to all floors, again essential for our needs. Very central location, just off south bank. Small but very well equipped kitchen. Cab from Waterloo to Native about £15. We have stayed many times and we're already booked to return in January 2025. When we checked out, we were able to keep our cases in locked store so we could enjoy another day in London!!! Would highly recommend.

Just a very minor point, great showers however more like wet room bathroom as water does go everywhere! Fine for us but a little concerning for elderly parents - but they coped ok.

Great location between Blackfrairs abd London Bridges, close to Tate Modern and not far from St Paul's Cathedral. Lots of quirky back streets too with little bars and restaurants. The accommodation itself was pristine, beautifully done and well set out with everything you need. Equipment provided was great, wrll thought out, liked the toiletries provided, great shower which is always a bonus! I also liked that tea and coffee were provided with decent milk in the fridge.

I was on the sofa bed which you could see had tape on it I think to keep it together and the mattress was really quite lumpy. Considering the price per night, I would have expected the sofa bed to be quite decent. it was also difficult to work out which knob did what in the main shower/bathroom ... and the knobs themselves had bits missing.

We loved staying at the Native Bankside, it had everything we needed for a longer stay in London. The bed was very comfortable (nicely firm), the bench seat by the window was an awesome spot to hangout, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for making coffee and simple meals, the decor was appealing, the bathroom was nice. Also, this hotel is in an awesome location, near Borough Market and great dining options along the Southbank.

Wish there was a bit more floorspace to walk around (the bed was so large that not much floor space remains!). Also, the shower is open on one side and so water splashes all over the place during showers.

Native Bankside was a great choice to get for the in-laws, they enjoyed the facilities, and everything was spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. They mentioned the space of the room, the cleanliness, the kitchen facilities, the Peloton downstairs, and most importantly the location was a big mention for them. They talked about being within close distance of Borough Yard/Borough Market and still being secluded while being in central London. They would book themselves again at Native and recommended that it would be a good place to stay for a couple of days to 2 weeks as the accommodation accommodates for that.

Everything was great!

Although it is located in a busy area of cafés, restaurants and markets, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It offers a sense of privacy. It is strategically located for shopping and museum visits. The Thames embankment is right on the doorstep for evening strolls.

While the hotel room has everything you need, the bathroom facilities could be more functional. It is also a pity that the windows do not open. But these are just small things.

I like the room layout, spacious and the kitchen is perfect for warming up some food or making a cup of tea. The bathroom is also spacious. Plus the facility is quiet, no outside noise to affect sleeping.

They should either highlight the switch (paint a contrasting color) to turn off the kitchen light (under the cabinet) or provide instructions. The first night I slept with the light on because i could not find the switch and I did not want to dress and go down to the desk for assistance. The bed pillows are very hard, would be nice to have an option for a softer pillow.

After a whirlwind 24 hours of travel with my child, we had our plane tickets canceled by the airline, then missed our ferry, and landed a day late in London. Thanks to Native Bankside, what could have been a logistical nightmare and a travel disaster turned into a story of exceptional customer care. The understanding shown by the reservations manager was nothing short of a relief. He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

I really like this place. The general vibe is contemporary luxe in a clean, concrete kind of way in communal areas, and with a softer, high-end feeling in the rooms/studios. The building itself is very good looking. Thoughtfully stocked kitchenette. Could easily dine in if needed with the excellent facilities. Brilliant location. Super comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries in the shower room. Helpful staff - and I like that there is 24 hour front desk and it feels very safe. This is the second time we’ve stayed and hope to return soon.

The shower head is fixed and is so high up - there is a hand held shower head too, so not a massive problem - but I’d be annoyed if I had perfect hairdresser hair and had to get it wet because of a silly design flaw! I was also disappointed this time with the layout of the room. The bed took up the entire space at one end of the studio and there was no room to walk round the bed really so had to clamber over to get to the other side - not great if you need the loo in the middle of the night and have to climb over a sleeping partner. Curtain rails need a bit of oil to make them easier to pull. I know these are all nit-picking things, but they are small yet relevant when paying a lot of money for accommodation.

An amazing location with very quiet, well designed and spacious rooms. We were 4 adults and had a suite with one bedroom and sofa bed in the living area. There were two bathrooms. All very clean, lots of cupboard space - the kitchen was well equipped and, although we didn't cook, it would have been very easy. Well supplied - including iron and ironing board.

The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable for 2. Maybe it had seen better days - had a. big dip in it.
