Excellent receptionist Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge Unexpected breakfast box in the morning while leaving Parking close by and cheap on Saturday and Sunday (only 4:50 per day from sat 2 pm onwards) 10min walk from tube station Close by restaurants and fast food

The main reason for stay is a place to sleep in central London. Arrived at 10:30 pm and left at 7:30 am in the morning. What’s need was a pleasant room to sleep It’s very hot as there is no Airconditioner. Although they provided an old fan where front part came off on switching, we managed to fix it ourselves but it’s still very hot. Not worth in summer unless they add air conditioner Carpets look very old while the rest of the apartment is very clean No plugs on the side of bed. They arein the middle at the back of the bed and the bedside lamp on one side is not even connected For the price we paid, it’s not worth wasting time on these things especially when you want to sleep comfortably.

We were 2 couples and we stayed in a 2-roomed apartment for a week. The beds were very comfortable, the showers - were great, the towels were large and thick, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two tube stations and the City Thameslink station are very close by. There is fast and free wifi. There is a Sainsbury and a Coop branch very close by. And there are loads of restaurants and fast food places very nearby. One morning, a false fire alarm in our room woke us up and stressed us out. You compensated us with a free breakfast, which was greatly appreciated.

We arrived late at night on the first evening, and the reception and the entrance to the hotel are not signposted and so are hard to find. Of course, this is a problem only for the first day.

The amount of space in the apartments was great. Had all the basics.

Supposed to have a two bedroom apartment - we're a family with young children and expected to be together, as a family! We were given separate apartments. The bathroom lock was on the outside of the door! Quite noisy being next to a lift. Lights in the bathroom wouldn't switch off

Location was amazing! Close to everything. Two main train stations City Thames and Blackfriars all within a 5-10 min walk. The two bedroom apartment was adorable. Our friends stayed in the main suite with their own bathroom and we stayed in the other with the bathroom very close by. It was decorated in a cozy, chic and updated way that made you feel at home right away. The kitchen was small but big enough to house a larger fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. We only cooked in it twice during our 4 night stay. The coffee machine took a bit to figure out but it was nice that they had pods, tea & milk for our first couple of nights stay, which I thought was very thoughtful. The living room/ Dining room was so large and I loved that it was in a separate room from the bedrooms, so when each couple maybe got up a different times they could close off the living room/dining/kitchen door as to not wake each other up. The windows all were able to be cracked open slightly to get air in the all the rooms which was really nice. The staff were pleasant when we arrived but not overly welcoming, and the girl that helped us was a little hard to understand, however we were a little early and they had no troubles letting us check in. The main reception is nestled into a little cafe that is attached to the property, we had breakfast there one morning which was delicious but the young server was not great. The chef had forgot to add a piece of sausage to the order and when we finally got the servers attention to let him know, the chef came out himself to apologize which we thought was so kind of him to do so. The beds were glorious! They were so comfortable and a nice large wardrobe in each room with lots of hangers. The price you pay to stay in London is astronomical so book early as prices go way up closer to your stay. Over all for two couples splitting it for four nights and to be so close to everything was well worth it.

THE BELLS!!!!! Oh those Bells!!!! At first we thought how lovely to hear the bells from St Paul's Cathedral, but after listening to them ring every hour, and every half hour it grew tiresome. The apartment bedroom was warm and if we opened the windows to cool it off we would hear the bells even more. The apartments were in a courtyard square area around the back of the cafe and in the center was construction. Another Bookings.com property that did not give any warning of construction. The noise started at 8 am in the morning, but luckily it was outside the windows of the living rooms and not our bedrooms, so we did not hear much of it. It really was not that bad, but just wish hotels can make you aware before you show up.

Really nicely furnished

Car park closed so nearest was 10mins away, the room was very hot as air con not working, opened windows to compensate but this let to being woken several times between 11pm-6am due to city cleaners and delivery drivers being rather noisy outside.

The apartments are impeccably clean, spacious and new. The location is optimal for a stroll down the hill, across Blackfriars bridge and along the Thames south embankment, as well as a visit to St. Paul's Cathedral one block up the hill. Staff is responsive and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay here but our first under Native's operation. We had the misfortune of choosing a period (late June) of unavoidable new-ownership facility upgrades that interrupted power, air conditioning and hot water, but the staff did everything humanly possible to mitigate these inconveniences. Foreseen service interruptions were announced, brand new portable air conditioners were made available to all affected guests, and management remained engaged with us until we were satisfied, extending a partial rebate to adequately compensate us for our troubles. I'm confident that the upgrades we endured reveal the obvious and sincere desire this team of professionals shares to provide exceptional lodging.

Bed size was great. Apartments were clean and spacious! The apartment faced a very quiet alley street in a clean and safe neighborhood. Conveniently away from the crowds.

Washing machine struggled to dry clothes properly.

Brilliant location, quiet courtyard but right next to St Paul's Cathedral. Rooftop terrace with views across the Thames to London Eye - would be lovely to sit out in the summer but unfortunately we were there in windy, rainy January!

An excellent location, 2 minutes walk to St Paul's and surrounded by 3 tube stations make this an excellent choice. Rooms with kitchens if you wish to save money and self cater. We encountered a problem on the second day of our stay with the hot water. A plumber arrived about 10 minutes after we reported the issue. When he advised the problem couldn't be fixed that day we were transferred to an upgraded room for the remainder of our stay. Thanks to the assistant manager and staff for making a potential problem, no problem at all.

Nothing to mention

The location is excellent - direct transport connections, sightseeing on the doorstep (near St. Paul´s Cathedral), lots of places to stop for a bite to eat and the hotel's own café-restaurant. Right in the middle of London's hustle and bustle, but still in a quiet location, access to the front door via an idyllic courtyard. Fantastic and highly recommended. Also an absolutely clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with everything you need. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and there is also coffee, tea and milk. The beds are very comfortable. Great atmosphere. Quality at its finest.
