Great location. You can easily arrive by train. If you arrive to Incheon airport use the automatic ticket machine. Select English and then the station that you want to arrive at . Insert the required money and it will issue you with a ticket. Take the train to Seoul station and then change here to line 4. Myeong dong station is the second stop. Exit the station at exit 8 and you are about 50 yards from the hotel. The hotel is surrounded with coffee shops, restaurants, etc and there is also a night market right on your doorstep. Near exit 8 of the station is also a good place to get a taxi. Taxis here are very good value and can help you see more of the city

Good location. Near to drop off/pick up of airport limo bus (6015) as well as subway station (Myeongdong stn Exit 8) All basic amenities were provided. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Elderly may find it difficult to climb in/out of bathtub for shower

The hotel was located in an easily-accessible part of Myeongdong, adjacent to a variety of good food, shopping spots, and metro access. Pricing for the triple single bed room was very fair, especially during the peak tourism week.

Space in the room was fairly cramped, and two people could not pass by one another between the foot of a bed and the opposite wall. The walls of the bathtub were raised incredibly high, making stepping in and out of the bathtub/shower somewhat dangerous. Room service cleaning often started early but ended very late, almost near check-in time at 3 PM, making it awkward to return to the room in the middle of the day for any reason.

Fantastic location next to Myeongdong shopping street. Tour les Jous bakery is just next door. Get out via exit 7 (escalator) or 8 from subway and walk 1min. Airport limo bus just round the corner. There's free luggage storage lockers for 12h, free coffee, tea, water in the lounge on 11th floor, plus 2 coin laundry and dryer. A modern and clean hotel which I enjoyed staying in.

Room rate is quite pricey and some room sizes can be quite tight. The Hollywood double I was in has a huge bed, comfortable for 2 adults and a child. Still able to open 2 medium size luggage bags.

Rooms were decent and clean. Very convenient location in the middle of a shopping street. Hotel was able to accommodate a parcel that sent over prior to my stay. Laundry room only had one washer and dryer, plan your time to make use of it. Free coffee, water, ice, lockers were available.

I requested for a vehicle that could seat 7 pax including 7 luggage to Seoul station on my last day of stay. I even paid more for a larger vehicle but what came to pick us was a 7-seater (6 seater excluding driver). The driver made two of us share a seat. Although it was not a long journey, it was extremely dangerous and I'm pretty sure it's against traffic laws. Considering how this was arranged by the hotel, it was very disappointing and left a bad taste on the last day of our stay.

The hotel is just in the center of Seoul, with restaurants, cafès and shops. The bus from and to the airport Incheon stops 3 minutes away from the hotel, transport starts at 4:30am, it is very convinient. The staff is bery friendly, the rooms very clear, the reception is on the 2nd floor. Round the hotel every day in the afternoon, in front of the shops at the pavement-streets, there are open street food stands, with lokal food I recommend a room at upper floor. The breakfast is served at the 2nd floor with nice view at the streets and shops. Sometimes you can hear music from the near restaurants until 23:00, no problem for me. I would definetely stay at this hotel, if I visit Seoul again.

Location

Elevators. There are only 2 lifts so they get quite busy. And the card reader in the elevator doesn't read the key cards properly so you often get on a different floor because someone calls the lift while you're still trying to select the floor you need to reach. Cleaning staff wasn't cleaning/replacing the dirty spoons we used the day before.

Location is superb. Myeongdong street is right at your doorstep, subway and airport limo buses a stones throw away! It’s a small hotel with a small lobby, nothing grand. But the staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean and there is bottle water and shampoo, hand-wash, body gel and conditioner provided.

I was on the 8th floor but could still hear the music from the streets. Muffled but it depends on how sensitive you are to such noises. Goes on until 1130pm. The breakfast is terribly basic and absolutely unnecessary unless you have no choice but to eat at 7am! The street right outside has bakeries and Isaac Toast is walkable.

The hotel location was excellent, very close (around 400 metres) to the bus stop i.e. the drop-off and pick-up point for the airport bus (No. 6015) and the Myeongdong Metro Station, and next to the night market and within the shopping district. The Reception located on level 3 (note not on the ground floor) was very friendly and made checking in and out smooth. The daily room cleaning was very efficient and tidy. Being able to leave our bags for several hours with Reception after checking out (which was already generous @12pm) was appreciated.

The double room seemed small in size which made it challenging to properly lay out our travel bags. It would have been convenient if there was a small wardrobe available for clothes. The air conditioning in our room on level 15 was difficult to regulate to get the right temperature to sleep well.

The location was superb and literally about 10 to 20m away from the airport bus stop and metro station. If you have large pieces of luggages, take the bus which is more convenient. Right outside the entrance is Coffee Bean if you fancy a cup of coffee and breakfast but there are plenty of place to eat around. At night, the streets comes alive with the night market and you can grab some night snacks. The rooms are clean and there is a coin laundry facility that accepts card. Nothing much to complain except the lifts are not smart so there is tendency of both lifts moving up and down the same way and need to wait longer. There was also a Water filter system that dispense hot and cold water at each floor so you don't need to boil your own water.

The shower door didn't keep the water out so the toilet floor was wet each time we showered.
