Managed to book after discovering we had reserved the wrong dates at another hotel. Pleasant modern building. Unit had separate bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. Quiet location about 5 or 10 minute walk from coach station and 15 minute walk to other end of town for start of Mt Fitz Roy trail. Complimentary drink coupon on arrival and on site restaurant. Breakfast OK but not great. Freshly cooked eggs on request.

10am checkout. Also only hotel we stayed at in Argentina that did not use official rate to convert dollar booking cost to peso. This increased cost by about 20% although still much cheaper than original hotel we booked.

I enjoyed so much staying at this property!! First of all the owner and the staff are simply amazing. So helpful and full of knowledge. I really felt looked after. The flat was specious, warm, very clean and had everything i need in order to make my stay pleasant. It was super quiet but at the same time very close to the main road. I liked going back there after the whole day of hiking, preparing my own food and relaxing with a cup of tea. Some how it felt like home. Great feeling to have while traveling from another continent. I would definitely go back there! Thank you ❤️

On line communication prior was helpful. The facilities were modern and nicely maintained. Our suite was perfect for three of us and we appreciated having the kitchenette. The breakfast was very good and the dinner was the best meal we had in El Chetlan.

The view from the bedroom toward the mountains (not Fitz Roy) was obstructed by the construction of a big new building. Despite sending in a plumber, the leaking toilet was never fixed

Very helpful and kind personnel. Additional bonus for wine tasting. I didn't have time to enjoy all the offerings because I was out of the hotel for most of the time.

Oh i know, it would be nice to have a fridge in the room/apartment. Idk why it's missing at this level of services provided (maybe other apartments have a fridge idk :) )

Very nice set up, comfortable room, bed, welcome by Veronica was exceptional as was the check out with her. She definitely brings the level of service up.

View from the room was so so, nothing can be done about it but the unfinished building is nothing great. Very irregular service, some employees are very nice and are service oriented, other couldn’t care less and are definitely not as helpful. Too bad because service overall could be improved

The big drawback of this place was lack of personal touch/empathy - our trip was delayed because Aerolineas lost 20planes in a storm. The otherwise lovely staff cynically responded to iur plea for late cancellation with “unfortunately that’s not your policy”. Seasonal staff with no autonomy and lacking some empathy

Modern rooms with small kitchen, great location to main street and hikes. Breakfast was good, staff was very nice and the welcome drink is a great offer.

Cleaning service only if you left the key in the morning without mentioning this. It is okay but it should be mentioned at check-in. Cleaning service to be improved, dirty toilet when coming to the room the first time, trash was not emptied during the daily cleaning.

The location was great and just off the Main Street. All the staff were extremely helpful at breakfast, the bar and reception. We were given lots of advice on activities and hikes. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good

We booked a suite for 4 but it only had one bedroom. The bedroom was very quiet but it was noisy and light to sleep in the living area.

What can I say? I enjoyed everything and everyone at this stay! Perfect location right next the the river and main street. Room was functional, clean and super comfy. Staff was impeccable. They have breakfast, bar, laundry service, currency exchange and little tiny maps for any questions you have about town. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! Chow!

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was so quite and empty it concerned us; but, we wanted an easy choice. It turns out the food and service for diner was wonderful. Breakfast was terrific as well. The location was nice, about 100 meters from the main street. Just far enough to be quite. It is an easy walk to anywhere in town and to the most popular trail heads. This is one of the coolest small towns we've visited.

It took us some time to find the hotel. Our GPS coordinates were not accurate and the hotel is some distance down a side street. The room layout was a bit inefficient but made up for it with size.
