Pros: Location is great, everything is accessible and is central to nice restaurants in the area. Hotel is close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is quite heavenly. It is easily the best breakfast I’ve had in Japan. Everyday, they had my favorites- stewed pork, pork rib cutlet, miso soup, mango juice, a full dessert bar, ice cream, a sushi bar, a taco rice bar and everything you ever need to start your day in the island. We only brought backpacks to Japan so I had todo the laundry everyday and they had several washer and dryers for the guests. While my clothes are drying, I would go take a bath and dip into the women’s onsen that with varied temperatures "warm, warmer and cold". It was a great way to end my day.

Cons: The room price is hefty. The room size is small for the price but I guess I was paying for all the wonderful amenities. You have to let the front desk know if you need your room cleaned which is a bit strange given the amount paid to the hotel. There is no free hotel shuttle to/from the airport and the airport limousine bus doesn’t pick up passengers to the airport until 8:56 am which was not helpful for our 10:25 am flight. Uber/taxi is widely available though. There is a price to pay for their pool.

- very spacious and comfortable room - great breakfast options, a lot of variety - non smoking room had no smoke smell - amazing TV setup! Every hotel should have information, language and etc setup this way - versatile/ adjustable pillows! If you like soft or hard you can find the right position easily - good sound isolation despite the area of hotel being active in the evening

- one of the appliances (dehumidifier?) had very bright interface lights, I would block it with a chair for the night - the air conditioner fan strength was not adjustable. I struggled to find a setting that would not blow too much air - too much air circulation causes allergies for me

The view from the room was beautiful. From our balcony we saw the beach just in front of the hotel making us we are in Okinawa even we didn’t go swim as it is winter time, feeling we are having a holiday!! The public bath was great! There was a convenient store near by, the shops in American village are walking distance! On Saturday night, you can enjoy the fireworks displays! The amenities were excellent 👍👍👍 The room we stayed in was nice and spacious!!

I guess the building of this hotel needs a little bit of cosmetic surgery, except of that, everything was great 👍

Excellent location, in the centre of American Village so despite the lack of transport facilities theres plenty to do. Bike rental, in room massage, pool and massage chairs. Staff were excellent and catered to us very well. Breakfast consisted of local okinawan cuisine which gave us an introduction of what to expect. Lawson convenience store downstairs and plenty of vending machines dotted throughout the complex gave us a range of food and drink options outside of normal hours - perfect for those late night cravings! Rooftop pool was great and the views from our room and the public bath were fantastic, we got to see a beautiful sunset every night - will definitely stay here again!

Elevators were a little slow however we stayed during peak visitor season so this is to be expected.

Excellent location with nearby American Village many option of shops and restaurants. Room is clean and many amenities self collect as you like from the hotel lobby. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful as we had a situation of flight cancellation on the day of our departure and they helped us connect by phone to the airline and managed the extension of 1 day stayed at the hotel. All events were smooth and set us at ease. Thank you!

If there could have more channels selection in the room TV

Location is excellent. It is just next to the beach and American Village. There is Lawson under the hotel and coin laundry inside the hotel which is very convenient. The wellcome drink and ice pop is a plus and self service the cotton candy machine is really attractive for the children. Moreover, there are blue seal icecream in the breakfast buffet.

The view of the.beach view room is facing the beach instead of the sea. It would be better to see the sea when wake up. However the city view room is excellent since it can watch the lighting of American village.

The hotel location is right at American Village so it is very convenient for shopping and dinning. There is lawson at the hotel so you can easily purchase snack. The hotel is kids friendly, kids tooth brush provided. The hotel breakfast is good. Serve nice Okinawa food , kids breakfast area and also blue seal ice cream. We enjoyed the breakfast alot. Kids plate, bowl, spoon and fork provided. Wet wipe and tissue too. Good place for family to chill. Now it is the Christmas season so there are Christmas Decoration everywhere ,feel like a Christmas town!

The hotel charged for early check in , 1000 yen for every hour. We booked a suite for 5 pax. 2 queen bed and a single bed. We stated 5 pax when booking, include breakfast too..but the hotel charge us 1000yen for additional breakfast.3 bed means 3 breakfast. Kids 5 and below enjoy breakfast free. Adult breakfast is 2000 yen, kids 1000yen.

I booked a Junior Suite with Sunset View - Annex for our family of 4. It’s a spacious room. Location is good as it’s situated right in the American Village.

When I booked the hotel I paid extra for breakfast for 4 of us. But at the hotel, I was only given 2 breakfast vouchers per day. They explained the breakfast voucher is given by the number of bed (we have 2 double beds in the room).

We stayed in a junior suite that faced the water and had the most spectacular sunsets at night. I think it would be a very hot room in the high of summer, but that’s what A/C is for! The room we had was very spacious, the two beds were queens and the bathtub with a view was to die for! The buffet bfast was worth the 20,000 yen, as it had loads of variety. The location of this hotel is the best, right on the promenade, with good food choices galore all around you. The hotel rents out bikes for free ( first two hours ) and there is a long bike/ walking path along the water in both directions. We went whale watching while here and would recommend doing that in season. Parasailing from boats is a short walk away and tubing behind a jet ski is also available in the area. We should have rented a car but we forgot to get an international drivers license before we left home.

Everything was fabulous. If I had to be picky, I’d say outdoor furniture for the balcony would have been nice. We just dragged the indoor stuff in and out everyday.

The room had a lovely view over the beach. The beds were comfortable and the room was larger than many we have stayed at in Japan. The staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom felt a little outdated. The extra fee for the swimming pool feels a bit unfair when we have already paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel.
