The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and it was very clean.

The pool area is very small and could get crowded but was fine in April. The 7th floor moon club was a bit clinical and lacked atmosphere. There was a bar downstairs which closed at 7pm but we never saw anyone there and there was no where to go in the evening after eating out as the moon club is supposed to be open but again never anyone in there at night. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt it lacked atmosphere and the downstairs bar could be made much more of and have a happy hour etc to encourage use. It wouldn’t take much to make it more appealing and sociable.

Super clean rooms, absolutely spotless after each cleaning. The rooms have microwave, mini fridge, some plates and utensils, a family size dining table, a sink and stove. Which is so important when traveling with little children. There’s free laundry machines on each floor. The staff was so friendly and spoke good English. The food was great! There was so much bed space and we were able to push 2 beds together to make a king. The furniture was very new and chic. You can log into Netflix’s and YouTube easily with 2 smart TVs. The bath tub was pretty big.

The bathroom light is too dim for me, the shower water took some time to get warm. Some food can be delivered to your room, but not all, and there’s no menu in the rooms.

The best hotel we have stayed in and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! It is such a beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the amazing plants running through the courtyard! The rooftop pool was beautiful with plenty of space as always quiet. The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The Club Lounge access was also good. The best thing though was the staff and the level of service. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming with a special mention to Steve who went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

Excellent breakfast, generous provision of FREE! afternoon tea nibbles and alcoholic beverages, beautiful room with a big bath, spotlessly clean and with staff who were all delightful and very attentive.

The issue is the location because you have to drive to a decent beach but you can use the sister hotel at Moon Beach twenty minutes away, which has an excellent private beach - for free.

The hotel was in a great location! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious!

I was very unhappy that the hotel would not let my son visit me at the hotel. My son lives in the area and I was there visiting him. My room had a kitchenette with dining table and living room and I was hoping that we could spend some time together in my room.

We loved the room which was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was outstanding and the dining space was beautiful with high ceilings. The restaurants across the street are affiliated with the hotel so it was convenient to secure a table. The staff were hospitable and made us feel welcome!

The view from our room looked down onto a car rental company's parking lot, but the plus side was that there were no people there in the evenings after business hours.

Super fancy hotel, very close to the American Village in Chatan. The infinity pool at the rooftop, although small, is amazing. The breakfast and in general food (apero, tea, or lunch) were very good. The staff was super professional, kind, and helpful.

If you want to visit the Okinawa islands (such as Kerama), Chatan is a bit far from Naha port and from the city center, so renting a car is mandatory. The best beaches are a bit far.

Great new hotel right beside the American Village. Walking distance from many restaurants and coffee shops. Huge bedroom. Beautiful infinity pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Go to their sister hotel at Moon Beach were you have free access to a beautiful private beach and swimming pool. You can catch the public bus bus very easily to Moon Beach.

1. Big rooms, comfortable, clean and stylish 2. We liked the Jazz band that played on one evening.

1. Breakfast was only till 10:00 am. Too shsoet for someone on vacation with a toddler; 2. Swimming pool was a bit small.

The design of the room was well thought out of our little family. The team and their service were amazing. We loved the 7th-floor breakfast and happy hour and the pool terrace allowed us to have an unforgettable sunset memory with our family. Thank you.
