Loved that even tho there was not a stove in the room, there’s a separate room that delicates those who want to cook and bake food. But the room itself has basically everything you need to get through the stay. The reception was amazing, she was super friendly and just absolutely lovely !

The bathroom drain outside the shower kept coming out and we had to keep putting it back in. The bathroom was quite small, for tall people it would be a bit uncomfortable. The bed is also a small fit but was still okay.

Excellent location - walking distance to shops, library & train station. Secure parking was great & available to be used on arrival (prior to check-in time), room was clean, tidy & well laid-out with plenty of space for us all. Check-in/out was smooth & easy!

Room was unable to be accessed until around 3.45pm (45 mins after listed check-in time) as cleaner was still cleaning the room. Cleaners then knocked on our door at 9.45am (before check-out time) to ask if we were leaving soon so they could clean the room.

The room, although small, was perfect for my needs. The lovely reception lady even fed me one night as I'd just come back from visiting my husband in hospital and was tired and hungry and couldn't find anywhere open to get a meal. The room was cleaned each day and the underground parking was perfect. The community kitchen on each floor was also a bonus.

Seranin is a good basic coverall accommodation, a great place to stay on business. We found that we had a basic version of everything we needed, and we're well located for easy walks to food for any meal, as well as a comprehensive strip mall. Easy access and friendly staff made for an easy and happy stay.

Rooms were slightly cramped with wardrobes, and to have a door between the rooms would have been good too.

The hostess with the mostest, just so friendly and accommodating and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also had the best shower, water pressure was amazing. As a solo traveler, I felt very secure along with secure car parking. I really can't fault this property and would definitely stay there again if the need ever arises.

The bathroom was quite small and compact, so not a lot of room to move around in but everything else made up for it.

The rooms and common areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff and check in was fast & efficient. Whilst our room faced the highway, the room was well insulated from any traffic noise. Underground parking was a necessity for us travelling in our car. The location was close to where we were working with our client (Chatswood). Easy to find on the Pacific Hwy.

The rooms are a little on the small side, however they are very well equipped. Really, the only thing that didn't quite work for us was the bed, it was a double, we always try to look for accommodation with at least a queen sized bed. This is not a complaint of the room, just our personal preference.

Easy access to public transport. No fuss check in and out with really friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette had everything you need, hot water and pressure were great. All areas were immaculately clean.

Only options for seating were the bed or office chair but that’s really all you could fit given the size of the room. Could install the blinds closer to the window so there’s less light spillage but that’s being super picky!

The hotel was great, information given was so clear. The room was so clear and my room has a little balcony able to see train and bird. Sadly we was on a stopover from Canberra to Brisbane so didn't have time to relax much at the balcony. Carpark was small but no issue as we able to find a lot anytime. Will come back when we next visit Sydney. Room was soundproof, our room was next to train track but we couldn't hear any sound at all.

Nothing, everything was great

No meals were available. The room was lovely the only trouble was it it overlooked the railway line so every time a train travelled past you couldn’t hear the TV or else you were disturbed once in bed.

The railway line although I don’t know if the other side of the building would be any better as the noise from the Highway would have been unbearable.

the room was a good size. The accommodation was a short walk to train station, the reason we stayed here as we visiting Sydney to see a live show. Stayed in a room on the railway side of the building and it was acceptably quiet.

There was no full length mirror. Although there was an iron there was no ironing board or anywhere to to iron. There was two pillows each (4 in total for the double bed) one was soft but very lumpy, the other vas very heavy and very firm and high. Both were very uncomfortable. Bathroom fittings were in poor shape and poor design for the layout.
