the property was clean and nice. My husband presented two days in advance prior to check in and provided a debit card to use for the purchase of the stay, the manager took this payment choice and stated that everything would be fine, we offered to pay for the stay ahead of time, she stated not necessary the card would be on file and would go smoothly. This did not happen, my elderly 80 year old father in law was charged at the property, his card was no where on the booking, no where on the reservation and a METHOD OF PAYMENT was requested from him although it had already been taken care of by myself and my husbands visit to the property 2 days before. Now the hotel is telling me that they have refunded my 80 year old disabled father in law and have also charged me!!! So now they have 2 payments and stated that a refund would process on 7 to 10 days, i stated that they could process payment after the refund was sent to my father in law, they have charged my father in law, holding my account and charged my account, this hotel has almost $1300 being held for a $417 booking

Need more washer and dryers. We traveled for softball as well as many others who were staying there. They only had 1 washer 1 dryer. Our bathroom shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Other than that it was great.

The staff was excellent - so pleasant even though he was on the second of his 2 shifts that day. He was so helpful in getting the things we needed and provided information. He had been with the organization for 13 years and at this particular location sincevit opened in 2019. Rooms comfortably & clean. Very up-to-date and clean- well cared for. Located so close to lots of restaurants & shopping. Good breakfast options. They even have laundry facilities .

Smoking allowed right outside the front door

We had a handicapped room which was great for my 95 year old mother to move about in. The room was clean and all of the staff were helpful and kind.

The breakfast was okay. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Indiana on our way down to Tennessee from Wisconsin. They had an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. For example, not just sweet rolls but muffins and more cereal choices.

Very clean facilities. The staff was very accommodating and checking in/out was easy.

The last visit left something to be desired with their breakfast. Didn't put much out and didn't refill what was empty. Also when I tried to shower it was barely warm and after it did get hot it randomly got cold throughout.

The stairwells and carpets needed to be vacuumed. I mentioned it at the desk, but didn't get done while we were there for 3 nights. I mentioned again as we were leaving and she thanked me, saying it would get done.

Breakfast is always good with a nice variety. The location Is close to my work and is very convenient. I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions for extended periods of time and have always been extremely satisfied with the facilities and the staff. I have also recommended this location to others.

It was clean, staff were all very nice, the breakfast was good. Easy parking great location to the places we needed to be.

We liked it all and would stay again if go back there. It might be a yearly thing for my grand daughter.

Loved the quality of services provided by staff and the understanding given to me when I had to leave earlier due to a death in the family. I truly appreciate the sympathy I received.

Continental Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed having that to look forward to. We have stayed here two different times. There is a wonderful gentleman by the name of Bradley who works there. He is courteous, efficient and very dedicated to providing excellent service to hotel guests! Hotel is so clean and we love the rooms. Thank you!
