Very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Good location and friendly staff.

The breakfast, there was no bagels or English muffins. No fresh fruit. No muffins. Very disappointing.

We wanted the cheapest place to stay as we waited to close on our new house. This hotel was the least expensive, so we hoped it wasn't a real dirty dive. Were we surprised!! We took 2 dogs with us. We loved our 3 days there, breakfast and coffee, beds made up for us every day, loads of clean towels every day, and trash emptied. Luxurious bed, all clean bedding. It was such a lovely stay.

That we had to leave......it was like a home to us. The hotel information left in every room needs to be made more of a comprehensive list of what is available. List the breakfast choices and the time it is available.

Breakfast was ready at 5 am and sufficient! Bed was comfortable, and room needed only a little cleaning behind the bathroom door. Something a couple of baby wipes took care of! Staff kindly gave me a hair drier that worked, which was awesome! Staff was friendly and responsive. Vending machines were in the laundry room for bottled water and snacks. Taco place right next door and Panda Express just across the road. Location was perfect. Not fancy but easy access to everywhere!

Accessibility to highway system and proximity to stores, gas station, restaurant across the street. The room was clean, quite and neat.

While the breakfast was included, it was eggs out of a bag type and unhealthy sausage links. Only a little would be set out at a time, so each time we came to eat, there was not enough or anything left anymore, so we have to wait for food to be readied again.

The room was clean and comfortable other than that refrigerator leak. The sheets,multiple pillows,and comfy mattress in room 106 are our favorite every time we have stayed in here in Gallatin,Tennessee. The design colors in the room are more relaxing and sedate than the other more expensive motels in town and the price of the room is very economical. We will always use Baymont Wyndham when there's.

The room was fine, but the refrigerator had been leaking from underneath for days and there was a 10" wide puddle of water plus dried rings from previous days puddles still left on the vinyl flooring in front of the refrigerator and reached the length of the television cabinet on the floor.

I very much enjoyed how hospitable Ms.E. the evening attendant was at all times. On the night of my arrival here concern for an elderly patrons ability to navigate stairs and aiding her were heartwarming. In the room multiple down like pillows are always so comfortable and homey. I love that touch. The cleaning crew is super timely and on task. That type of dependability is refreshing. It was nice to return to a very nice and tightly made bed every night after a long day at the hospital too. The color scheme of the entire room of taupe,green,and grey is very calming and an easy place to relax. I will always chose Baymont when we visit family and friends in Gallatin because they are the most reasonably priced facility and the location is much quieter than the six other motels that there are to chose from.

Breakfast was limited but there on time. Eggs & sausage was warm (not hot), but microwave solved that. No bagels or Danish, so limited on bread choices. Breakfast lobby was clean and ample room for a smaller hotel.

The hotel was older, but very clean and well kept. It was a great value and the perfect location for my events. I would stay there again.

I liked the people hosting/employed by the hotel. They were pleasant and happy to help. The room was very clean, neat, simple and comfortable. I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to visit family much further west. Both times were fine.

The A/C unit in the room of my first stay was a bit loud. Perhaps it needed a little maintenance. It worked fine, just louder than other similar units.

The accessibility to the back roads made it easy to get in and out, as well as get to some good restaurants and stores

Given one keycard for two people, and I would have had to pay an early fee if I wanted to check in early, which after a long drive is not ideal

Room was comfortable and clean. The table came in handy. Fridge and microwave were very useful.

Lack of an elevator made getting to the room a little difficult. Fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice.
