The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Petronas Towers. The breakfast was a bit odd, not one of the best but acceptable. The rooms themselves were clean, although the bathroom was a bit dirty but nothing serious.

Unfortunately, the pool was too crowded but had a nice view. The bar no longer has a view of the Petronas Towers because a building has been constructed in front of the hotel.

Central location, rooms were clean and comfy

I did find the staff to be a bit unwelcoming. When I went to the dinner buffet I felt like I got laughed at by the two staff at the counter for asking how it worked. I also asked to include breakfast at check-in because I knew my original rate didn’t include it. I went to breakfast the next morning and got told it wasn’t recorded and then the staff made me feel like an inconvenience for asking to pay for it then for that morning. I understand that language and cultural barriers can be frustrating but when you have picked to work in the tourism industry I would expect a bit more understanding.

Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable for 3. Bathroom was also adequate. The fully Halaal breakfast buffet was amazing. Pleasantly surprised with the variety of cuisine served at breakfast. There were plenty of options to suit our individual palette preferences each morning...which we thoroughly enjoyed !!! The chefs and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Centrally located, walking distance to Ampung Park MRT, Suria KLCC and Petronas Towers Reception, Customer Relations and Concierge staff were helpful and efficient.

a complimentary porter service is much needed, especially for elders and families with young children

The room was comfortable and met expectations.

The pool was tiny and it's more for children. I had to compete with some ladies making social media videos when I did use it. A bit annoying but nothing the hotel can do about that. 🤪 The hotel caters to bus tours. Breakfast was good but it was more like being a part of a stampede when I was just trying to relax and start my day. My compliments to the staff who kept up well with the challenges of keeping everything well stocked and neat.

The location is convenient, a 10 min walk from the Petronas Towers, with several cafes and restaurants nearby. The pool is a bit small, but nice - especially late in the evening, when you can admire the city lights; there are free towels. The room is clean and cosy, with all nesessary amenities and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The cleaning service is top quality. The free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are excellent.

The breakfast hall is huge and nice, the choice of dishes is quite large, however some dishes could not be called delicious. As new skyscrapers spring up all around, the view of the city becomes limited (this may not apply to all areas of the hotel).

breakfast was excellent, room was small but sufficient for three nights; pool, gym and small cafe/restaurant on 31st floor were excellent. Dinner (except on 31.12.2024) was excellent. Also dining on 31st floor was enjoyable.

The price of dinner on 31.12.2024 was doubled what was not critical, but for access to eating room was additional fee as high as 10 times of the price for the dinner (because the New Years party). This requirement was somewhat unacceptable for us and it also looked like that we were not welcomed guests for that evening.

Staff and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Infinity pool was a joy with exceptional views.

In the gym, some of the attachments to the weight lifting machines are showing wear with torn fabric that might cause injury should they break. I'm glad I did not purchase the breakfast buffet option with the room as I tried it once and was dissatisfied compared to other dining options outside the hotel. Laundry service seemed expensive compared to nearby competing services.

The location is very near to KLCC is about 7-10 minutes walking distance. Staff was kind and helpful. The room & bed is comfortable and clean.

The only thing that i dont like is the lift. They have 6 lifts but it tooks awhile and there s one time from 30th floor to groundfloor almost stop every each of the floor. And if you r staying on the 30th floor at the end of the right corner, you can hear the music from the rooftop and the sound of the chair or table being drag. But luckily everythg stop at 12am.

room is clean and comfort. dining is good…. but not variety…. their staff is friendly and pleasant….

Location was excellent, room was clean, a nice ibis at southeast asia

Hotel arranged me a taxi to airport, it was nearly double price of grab. But inspite we had 3 luggage, B class very small car took us and driver said you should live the car on the middle of the way. İ said i paid the taxi bill at lobby and showed him the receipt and if he doesn’t move me hotel i would call the police because i might miss my flight. Ibis should find a proper transportation agency!
