It has the most beautiful garden with water features, fishponds, in many varieties of colourful flowers in bloom. A lot of care has also been put into the interior decoration. It is very charming. No shoes are allowed inside, which is great. The house is very clean and well maintained. Complimentary tea, coffee biscuits and bread provided in the kitchen. Great location, the bus station and restaurants are just minutes walk away.

The lights in the hallway are very bright, and light leaks into the bedroom around the door frame at night. I need an eye mask to sleep. They should dim them at night. The bedding has a smell that I don’t like, so I didn’t sleep very well.

Nice guesthouse with a lovely little garden where you can sit and relax. Unlike other hotels in Tanah Rata, it is located away from the busy roads, so it’s peaceful and quiet there. Convenient location- 10 min walk from the bus terminal, close to various cafes. I liked the cardless system - you just use a password for your room. They don’t ask for a cash deposit, unlike many other Malaysian hotels. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a big communal fridge downstairs which guests can use (also a microwave). Some reviews here mentioned bad smell / mold - fortunately, I didn’t experience that. But, it is indeed humid and nothing dries, including the towels which remain wet throughout the night. There is no lift but staff helped me carry my luggage upstairs.

The room gets rather cold in the evenings, don’t forget to take warm clothes with you. I get cold easily, so I slept in my warm clothes. I didn’t like the shower with the thermostat - difficult to control, becomes less hot quickly, shower pressure isn’t great. I tried asking staff about tours in advance via chat, but their responses were very brief and I couldn't plan my holiday based on that, so I ended up buying a tour elsewhere.

From my experience, the location is good and strategic, the place is surrounded by nature and it feels like you stay at your own home, room was good and smell nice, no shoes allowed to enter the place, need to put outside. Toilet was completed with basic needed (shower gel, shampoo, tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush). Overall I’m satisfied with this place. Anyone who want to visit Cameron Highlands can choose to stay here to experience by themselves how good it is! 😊

Not soundproof. Can easily hear noise, talking and shouting

What a house, what a garden, what an enclosure on the edge of the village! Prime, calm location. Cosy rooms with balcony, if you booked the smaller room, you can use one of the communal ones facing downhill. There is complimentary toast, tea, coffee, jam, crackers and water in the communal pantry downstairs. Free fridge for your little somethings. You can rent a motorbike without much ado, you even get free transfer to the bus terminal (which is in walking distance). Staff is very friendly and caring.

Location is awesome surrounded with beautiful garden. An excellent place for nature lovers who always seek a place with peaceful environment a bit far from road side traffic noise. The guest house has tons of plants, trees, a beautiful pond with a variety of fish collection and a beautiful artificial small waterfall which creates a stunning sound outside the rooms, while standing over there you'll get a feel of being a part of nature. Many restaurants are nearby on a few meters walking distance. Mr. Narinda (Manager) is an excellent guy always welcome you with a smiling face, very cooperative and very humble person.

There was slightly humidity smell in the room but it could be better by keeping an air freshener in the room.

Very beautiful guest house with a magnificent garden. Very welcoming host giving information about the trails and the surroundings. the room is big and well furnished.

Humidity level in the room is very high, towels never get dry again after first use and smell is not so pleasant. I think this is normal in this season. Bed could be more comfortable but for a couple of nights it's okay.

The location is at Tanah Rata. Pretty convenient to reach the places of attraction. Recommended for those who like quiet environment.Love the garden very much.Room is pretty clean,staff were friendly and helpful. Very near to restaurants and eateries (within walking distance)

The side stairs entrance is a bit dirty. The stair at the room entrance are not marked with caution tape. Me and my kids almost trip a few times since the stair color is similar with the floor.

We had a large, nice room with a terrace. No air conditioning, but a fan (temperatures are not a problem, but the air can be very humid). The staff was really really nice, helping us with everything - tour booking, taxi, etc. We felt very welcome and comfortable there! The guesthouse is situated on the border of Tanah Rata, the center of the Cameron Highlands.

It's a guesthouse, so some things are not perfect - e.g., the water was not always hot, no air conditioning - but this is to be expected and not unusual in Malaysia.

Amazing stay, with a perfect location, super close to the bus station and walking distance from all the restaurants and mall. Also the accommodation is really nice with super friendly staff and comfortable beds. The garden view from my balcony was beautiful and relaxing. You can book tours from the hotel desk as well definitely recommend it.

Very cozy and beautiful accommodation. We were thrilled with the garden available to guests. We greatly appreciated the change of staying in a house rather than an tower block, for a very pleasant price. The accommodation was strategically located for all activities in Cameron Highlands (Tanah Rata), and the bonus was the beautiful and quiet surroundings.
