I cannot praise this hotel enough for its exceptional staff and outstanding hospitality. Located in the heart of the city, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Mr. Waleed & Mr. Ehab. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Being situated in the heart it was easy for us to travel all around salalah. Mr. Waleed was kind to offer us free breakfast & also gave us Omani sweets as gifts which we really really enjoyed! The hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Definitely staying in this same hotel if we visit Salalah again!

excellent location in the city center. Nice, clean rooms, courteous staff who were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Would like to mention Tushar who prepared our room. Thanks Tushar. Breakfast spread was excellent. great quality food. Overall a great comfortable stay for all of us.

Gym equipment wasn't working. Not a deal broker though. If I visit Oman again I will definitely go for the same hotel.

Good location with many restaurants, grocery store, laundry, gas station that has ATM, mall opposite the hotel. There is also car rental agency within the hotel. Overall clean, safe and cosy hotel with good service and good facilities. Breakfast was also very good. Thanks to manager for the free breakfast.

I booked a twin room and I had to attach the beds by myself since the helping 2 staff mentioned that someone will come next day to assist if i needed. The fact that the manager was enforcing extra services that I did not require, even though it may have been out of politeness. The staff knocking at my door at late hour to bring me cake and telling me that if I don't want to be disturbed, I had to keep the do not disturb sign outside the door, rude. Toilet bowl is moldy, which states the fact that it is not being cleaned and sanitized properly, just superficial cleaning.

The hotel is easy to find, close to Salalah airport and by the main road. The staff is very attentive. Always willing to help and always greeting you with an extensive and hearty smile. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Hospitality is much higher than you might expect in a city hotel. So a great place to stay. Just be aware if you are light or noise-sensitive, bring eye pads and earplugs (the proximity to the main road has its downsides). But the comfy beds and staff smiles will compensate for any possible light/noise inconvenience:). Plus, be ready to be welcomed by Omani smiles, coffee and dates. It's a lovely start of your stay :)

The "facilities" state "private beach". It is an agreement with a cage on Dahariz beach that they will provide you with a chair and a towel. When I came to the cafe, no one knew about such a deal (the manager wanted to ensure I would be set on the beach the following day, but my program did not allow another try). Anyway, it did not matter. The beach is vast, and you can just place yourself wherever you want or drive 10 minutes more to get to much nicer and less populated beaches further south:) To get to the beach, you need a car anyway.

The property is clean and excellent. And I want to thanks the worker Mohammed Tash he is so kind and polite.

The room was VERY clean. We could check in as soon as we got to the hotel. The location is really nice, it's opposite a mall and there are many little shops where you guy buy shawarma, fresh juices, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even gave us tips on where to go..

We had breakfast one of the mornings, it wasn't that great to be honest. But it filled us for a couple of hours, that's all we wanted. Doesn't have a privet beach like booking.com suggests

Wonderful place to stay in salalah,the all staf was very helpful and nice .they always care for you and welling to help..the room was perfect clean, taste daddels in your room and all the amenities that you need. Breakfast very testfoull!!! .good location with a lot restaurant around the hotel the gardens mall is crossing the street. The best place from Oman. Without the all team was impossible to make all the trips they help a lot in everything that we needed we really love this hotel and the staff. .the Owner was very nice and give also help

Hospitality at the reception is amazing

We didn’t call housekeeping for two days and my belongings were all open and spread throughout the room, was thinking to first arrange them before I call for the housekeeping on the third day; however, I saw the housekeeping person in my room when I had gone out for roaming and returned. Felt really awkward as he had even folded my undergarments 😅. Otherwise, the hotel reception guy hospitality is amazing.

I came from Yemen which has fairly scrappy hotels so the Salalah International seemed that much better by comparison. The room was large with big windows on 2 sides. Good wifi. The Syrian receptionist had good English and went out of his way to help including calling a cab to get me to the airport the next day. The room was quiet. Very comfortable bed after the extra hard mattresses of Yemen.

The restaurant only serves breakfast which was difficult because it was Ramadan and virtually nothing was open which I arrived from Yemen in late morning. The brochure refers to a swimming pool but it isn't open yet. The hotel is quite a long way from the coast.

The staff is what really makes this hotel. Nothing is too much and they really do go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, this starts from the reception team and extends all the way through the hotel to the wait staff, the house keeping and everyone. LOVED the dates you get on arrival (so much so I asked for a second plate the next day as well). the breakfast was a buffet style and offered a huge range of options from the typical French croissant and coffee to the kid friendly cereals to the Full English breakfasts. Truly an awesome place and I will be staying here each time I return to Salalah on business and even when I wish to escape the hustle and bustle of Dubai. Walking distance to the Gardens Mall and to several small local restaurants (yes even MacDonalds if you call that food) makes up for the lack of meals offered in the restaurant.

The only down side /let down for the hotel has nothing to actually do with the hotel, but rather the third party which they have in the hotel which rents cars. The quality of the service was not the same as with the hotel and the standard of the vehicle I rented (Honda Accord) from them was poor to say the least (would not be allowed on the roads here in Dubai most likely). Basically in future I will rent a car directly from the airport upon arrival and stay at SIH and so avoid having this tarnish my stay.
