Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the beautiful Rawana and Ihsan. The breakfast was good and varied, and the staff was cooperative. I especially thank Ahmed.

Salalah is so beautiful and scenic, for me the Jewel of Oman. Our hotel location was handy to travel around and also close to the airport. To explore Salalah you definitely need a car. We hired one from the airport. Fuel is cheap so all you need is the confidence to drive in another country. The hotel does has free parking. The hotel is attached to a mall. Nothing grand but convenient. The breakfast was excellent. Mr Livin and Mr Ahmad were so helpful and kind and the service they provide is of a high order, which is the norm for all the breakfast. team headed by Mr Happy. The hotel staff are helpful, Fatima (guest relations) Mr Mahmood (front office), Vipin, Tarak and others working hard to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but possibly needs updating. The mall does come to life in the evenings which makes the atmosphere more enjoyable around the hotel grounds. The landscaping is nice which adds to the appeal of the restaurants and coffee places. Try the Lebanese Restaurant although we mostly ate out as we were travelling around discovering beautiful Salalah. There is also a Carrefour supermarket in the mall where you can pretty much find anything and everything. Overall a good base to explore and enjoy beautiful SALALAH.

Location is excellent. Access to the mall. Access to underground parking. Spacious room. Great hygiene. Helpful receptionists. The filipina cleaning lady (was it Dely?) was sweet and charming.

One receptionist was rude in his responses. And mid our inquiries, would walk away to do another task, then come back and not address our inquiry. I.e. He wouldn't give us the underground parking access (which is available for all guests) and insisted that we can park outside instead (it was full). "But I want to park in the basement please, can I have the access?" It took the personnel next to him to address this and tell him to process the access paper.

Salalah Gardens Hotel comes with many amenities, important for family trips and vacations. Close to Airport, part of larger mall with many useful stores and facilities. We took an apartment with a fully suited kitchen, which was really needed for our smaller kids' cooking. Stuff was super helpful. As part of halfboard package, we had access to Lebanese restaurant, with amazing food and service. Room was very clean and hotel took care to ensure our stay was pleasant. Me and my family, really enjoyed our stay and already recommended the place to few of our friends. THANK YOU!

Small suggestion is to enhance playing options in kids room. But except of that, I see no issue.

This is an excellent place to stay, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Its connection to a mall ensures easy access to a large supermarket and a variety of dining options. The mall also features a cinema and a fun zone, making it easy to enjoy entertainment even after returning to the hotel. The balcony view is breathtaking, overlooking the hotel's expansive central lawn and the beautifully illuminated Salalah mountains at night, creating a romantic and serene ambiance. We celebrated our daughter's birthday on the balcony, and it was a truly unforgettable experience for her. The staff were warm and friendly, going out of their way to assist us. They even helped us secure a car rental at a very reasonable price

There wasn't anything to dislike really. One thing would have made our trip perfect was an additional bathroom in the suite. It would have saved us a lot of time.

The single room's layout and size could be improved. The lighting arrangement is not optimal, and the positioning of fixtures and cables poses challenges for utilizing the workspace effectively, particularly when attempting to use a laptop on the provided table. Additionally, the absence of carpeting in the room may impact guests' comfort levels and contribute to a less inviting atmosphere. Overall, the design and setup of the room might require adjustments to better accommodate the needs of the occupants.

The hotel is located in Salalah Center, within a shopping mall, it is convenient for families and people who are not planning to spend their entire day on the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Flexible with requests and supportive with needs.

We booked the executive suite, it is quite spacious and has a small kitchenette. However, there were no kitchen items to use the kitchenette, only 2 plates and their cutlery. Another thing missing was a rope (or something) to hang wet clothes from the pool.

Hotel is beautiful,clean,near the mall and market...but what makes hotel more beautiful and our stay comfortable is their staff ....helpful staff and friendly ...they genuinely help...from airport pickup we met mr.Tareq and he recommended many places to visit.....during breakfast we met chef sanjeewa and samsul..and they served us personally yummy waffles by chef sanjeewa and delicious omlette by samsul....also masala dosa..chef sanjeewa also suggested close by tourist attractions....we stayed their 3 nights and both chef were so amazing...housekeeping staff marry and at breakfast we met melbin all of their exceptional service makes our stay comfortable also at the reception Ahmed ...also some of the staff I don't even remember the name but they helped us when we were checking out with bags etc...breakfast is amazing everyday different and delicious too ..i am thankful to all the staff because I was traveling with my 8 Months old daughter but their staff made our stay comfortable....

Great stay at Salalah Gardens Hotel! The staff were amazing, everyone from management to reception to room service - their smiles and kindness and hospitality make you feel so welcome and relaxed from the first moment. The hotel is well located, with ample parking, and it is very peaceful, plus it smells really good, like perfume! A special thank you to Salma, Souhayla, Mahoud and Bent for your kind and excellent service. I travel many places and this kind of hospitality is world class.

My room was amazing, and the location is great - it’s not far from the airport yet quiet. It is in a mall with a cinema and just opposite a more traditional market so there is a lot of options to wander around, shop, eat and drink if you don’t want to take a taxi. The garden yard of the hotel is especially lovely and lively in the evening with people coming for night outs. The staff was very helpful as well throughout, making sure they helped me for everything I needed - taxi, tour, etc. The guest relations lady (light purple jacket - sorry can’t remember her name!) was amazing to get anything sorted. The hotel also had a traditional Oman music show by the pool on one of the evenings.
