Most amazing gym in a hotel! The staff were super helpful and nice! Room service was exceptional, most fluffy pillows and comfortable bed. As always excellent choice for central city access!

we had visited last year and there was a serious issue with the hot water . The hot water would go cold all the time and they had said that this was due to the facilities being new, this year exactly the same thing happened (for all 4 days of our stay!!)

The location was incredible a 5 minute walk from everything! Right next to the Christmas markets! The staff was so kind and helpful. They did not let me lift a finger. The rooms are superb! We LOVED our atrium view. It was nice having the atrium because you felt like you could sit on your outside balcony while still being warm as it is indoors. Everything about the stay was incredible. Will 100% be staying here again!

The employees were amazing and very helpful. The spa and fitness center was also clean and enjoyable.

Very nice Garden Restaurant

We had some dificulties finding it and it was not clear that the Garage, where we left the car was also the Garage for the Hotel.. Also no direct connection from the Garage to the Hotel.

We had 2 vestibule connected rooms and those were great. Rooms were big enough, bathrooms were very spacious. Hotel is new and very comfortable. Facilities are nice. The breakfast is in the atrium and it is very green with plants, staff were very kind. The location was amazing, right at the center. We had a very pleasant stay.

There was a problem with the DND, since we had 2 vestibule connected rooms, the door on the outside has no DND light and also the hotel didn't have DND paper sign we can put on that door. After we experienced an unpleasant accident, hotel was very kind to solve the issue. They were very nice and provided us with a paper DND sign. They communicated with us very nicely, we liked the attitude from the hotel.

It was the gorgeous smell in the lobby when you walked in - understand it might be available to buy in the future! It was the delivery of macarons on chocolate earth when we settled in our room, it was the service at such good variety at breakfast, it was the helpfulness of the reception staff, the greetings of the doormen (unlike another prestigious hotel I'm not going to name where we had coffee to take in the architecture, where nobody spoke to us) the facilities in the room, which had a balcony overlooking the atrium - brilliant idea in the winter...i could go on... I hope to come back.

poached eggs at breakfast buffet were (often) cold. That's the only fault I could find so I'm a happy bunny.

very good location, close to all attractions and train stations, Madam Touses Museum next door. Great restaurants around, helpful concierge assisted on tours location and reservation, it is a brand-new elegant hotel highly recommended
