Location was excellent for exploring Granada. All reception staff we had dealings with, from checking in, query about safe, checking out and storing luggage, were welcoming and friendly whilst being professional. Room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom/shower. Towels were changed daily. Beds comfortable. Hotel itself was extremely quiet and there was no issue with sound from other guests. Plentiful supply of teas and two welcome bottles of water. We stayed on a room only basis so are unable to comment on the breakfast. Thanks for a great stay :)

Although there was a plentiful supply of tea, the coffee supply was somewhat limited and not replenished daily. No fault of the hotel but bear in mind this is a city centre hotel situated right opposite Plaza de la Trinidad. Our room was overlooking the plaza and we were woken extremely early (around 3am) every morning by the refuse collectors emptying bins and on two nights there was some noise from people either in the plaza or walking past in the early hours.

The location was excellent, 5-15 minutes walk to almost everything. Lots of nearby restaurants. Safe area. Staff was professional and friendly.

If you come with a car, parking is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I do not recommend driving to the hotel to drop off luggage. Instead, either walk with luggage or take a taxi from the parking garage. My husband is an experienced driver in small towns/cities in Europe and it was challenging for him to pull up to the front of the hotel.

Clean environment and very comfortable bed. Great shower. Fabulous central location, close to the Cathedral, yet our room was wonderfully silent. Bottled water supplied in the room on a daily basis. Additionally, there’s a seating area in an inner patio with complimentary refreshments and a selection of teas.

Whilst the bathroom was spacious, there’s little room around the washbasin, nor shelf for toiletries. Closest parking is a few streets away so not practical for anyone with several pieces of luggage.

Excellent location, friendly staff and good room for the money. Though it's an old building they have elevators. They also arranged a tea kettle on my special request.

I had an internal facing room. Windows open to an internal common area with multiple room windows across. So I had to keep the curtains on, which made the room feel cramped and dark. I would suggest taking a room with an external facing balcony/window.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Granada. The Alhambra is within walking distance and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Only a couple of small things: our room cards stopped working on two out of three days. Plus, it would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles in the room. No bar area within the hotel.

W ew were very impressed with our room including the en suite bathroom. All well designed and pleasant looking. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting good. Both the two staff members who we met at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Our room faced out over the street and the nearby pubs did make night times pretty noisy at times so occasionally it was difficult to get to sleep.

Great location, right in the city center, which meant shops , lots of restaurants and places to visit were walking distance. The room was lovely, comfy , beautiful views. The staff were all nice and very helpful.

The breakfast was okay. First days this was a little bit poor but then there was a change of staff and it got significantly better. It would have been great if more healthy options were available or just greater variety. The parking is not very far but still a couple of minutes walking distance. Also a little bit long winded the process of conciliating the parking tickets you get from the hotel with the ones you get from the parking. It would be really helpful if a permit/ ticket from the hotel could be issued for the duration of the stay, one that you can use on multiple days to get in and out of parking and then pay at the end at the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Room was cozy. Hotel located in the city centre so a lot of great restaurants and public transportation options available close to the hotel.

Everything was fine for the most part. However to note the toilet paper seemed quite inferior for a 4* hotel quite rough. Secondly, during breakfast the eggs and bacon were in the same container (covered with the same lid) which did not make it halal friendly for us to have the eggs, having them separate would be nice. For those bringing a car it can be a challenge to navigate the streets as there are special marked zones - a heads up regarding this would be nice.
