Great place, really good breakfast and very friendly staff. I really liked it.

The only thing I wasn't happy about. The parking is a pain, there isn't enough of it although you do have the option to leave it on the street if there are available spaces which there weren't on my stay which isn't ideal. There needs to be better mention of the parking situation upon booking, especially it's availability which isn't something that was known about when booking through booking.com

The room was clean, the hosts were friendly and the woman who checked us in spoke English, lots of parking space and the beds were good too. Breakfast was ok, with the company of a few chickens at the fence :)

The size of the room was ok for 2, but for 3 it was small because of the extra bed (we knew this in advance as seen in the photos) Would be perfect if there were rooms for 3 with a bed above the big bed :) But for the one night it was ok. Maybe a bit more comfortable chairs for the terras would be nice :)

Location it was ok the room was good for family with kids .

The housekeepers was not cleaning the floor just change the towels and toiletries it was not nice as we stayed for 6 days we would expect to have a clean room they didn't even hoover or sweep the floor none of thoses days . Hope they improve that .

Great hotel, close to the ferry, town and restaurants. Great breakfast and good value for money. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It also helped that there is a vet right next door so we were able to get our dog's paperwork and deworming taken care of as well. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing it was perfect for us.

Room was big enough for an overnight stay. I stayed four nights however it was only cleaned the three nights the last day the cleaner left towels but did not return to clean the room although we had vacated by 1030. It was cold until I complained and eventually the radiator was switched on. It is an ideal place to stay if one is catching or leaving the ferry and it is very easy to drive into the centre of Dieppe. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Would recommend this hotel

Our "go to " hotel going south from the ferry. The breakfast top class value I. A pleasant settings. Late arrivals and requests are responded to promptly and efficiently. Parking is easy.

Nothing really . Air con would have been wonderful though on a hot night.

very comfortable room with tv on the ground floor and only a short walk from my car which was perfect. a buffet breakfast was available at a reasonable price. this is the best room i have had at balladins on the ground floor and so near my car, i hope to get this room again for my next visit.

Messaged the manager to say ground floor, Dog coming , late arrival, is there parking available and breakfast please. We had a prompt reply, all affirmative. It worked like clockwork

Easy to find. Were able to check in early. Room spotlessly clean. Excellent parking and no charge. Located near an "out of town" shopping centre which included an excellent cafe and an excellent restaurant. Also a Lidl and some good shops. The bed was large and really comfortable. It was really quiet at night. Really convenient for the Dieppe car ferry - took about 10 minutes in the morning.

No criticisms at all of the Hotel - just a warning to others - maybe those with children or reduced mobility - to access the shops, cafe and restaurant which are a short walk away you have to cross a very busy main road (or you could drive there).

Solo motorcycle traveller. The Motel is conveniently located close to Dieppe and ferry. There is secure parking. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The motel was basic but very clean and the staff were friendly. I had breakfast there and it was good and reasonably priced. An ideal place for those wanting to take the ferry.
