Just a usual B'n'B hotel - it has what you expect from it: a roof, and a bathroom, a bed. The room seemed pretty clean. Even though the showerhead was broken, I still enjoyed the shower directly from the hose anyway :D

Even though Booking said that the check-in is till 11 pm, I was told at the reception that the check-in is only till 10 pm. We arrived around 10:20, I guess. That was a bit unsettling because it's a B'n'B type of hotel with a reception that is considered to be 24/7. No boiler available to make some tea in the evening: the reception is closed and there is no possibility to get to the coffee machine either. In the morning around 10am, there was no one at the reception, so we had to go around the hotel to find anyone to check-out us :)

We had a clean, comfortable 3rd floor room. Great host and reception staff. Very small toilet combined shower room but spotless and good supply of towels etc. We didn't eat breakfast as we had early ferry.

Room was awkward to walk around because it was on 3rd floor in loft space (slanted roof awkward to navigate as I am quite tall). Only had an apex roof window. There was No lift. Which was not a problem for us but you should be aware if you have difficulty with stairs, heavy bags or small children.

Very smart finish to the room. All facilities excellent. It's exactly the sort of hotel that would attract visitors from the UK, with a few changes, see above.. Very pleasant surroundings. Very pleasant staff.

There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine with no instructions on usage. As I don't speak French I could not ask for instructions nor do I drink coffee. It would be ideal for anyone travelling by ferry from the UK but it was a little misleading having the word porte in the name as I do not drive. I thought that it would be closer to the ferry , though that was my mistake

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing selection for breakfast. Beautifully modernised throughout, in contemporary colours. We had a lovely ground floor room with modern en suite and large, very comfortable bed. Great outdoor space - for when the weather is fine! Quiet area, within easy reach of Dieppe and beautiful countryside and beaches. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was just fine, in fact for the money it was excellent. The only thing i would like to see improved was the availability of more free TV channels. Most didn't work... A few more English channels woukd also no doubt be great for many travelers from the UK for which the hotel is ideally placed.. Will definitely be staying again, thank you 👍

Few usable TV channels, only one English channel...

Just wanted somewhere to stay before catching the ferry home the following morning and this ticked all the boxes. Clean comfortable room, good shower and blackout blinds. We knew there wasn't a restaurant at the hotel, but it was just a short walk to a number of eateries. Although there was no designated bar, beer and wine were available at reception (we didn't check if other drinks were available). Receptionist was outstanding - very friendly and helpful.

Newly updated. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Better value than your average budget hotel and well appointed rooms. Also carpeted in rooms ,which for French hotels is unusual .

No air-conditioning. Breakfast for the price was only average & wasn't updated as things ran out.1 Coffee machine was clearly not up to the task ,as kept shutting down .Would recommend investing in a second machine. TV in room 108 not working but wasn't too bothered about that.

We booked the hotel because it had secure parking for our motorcycles, but the breakfast and the room was good and the hotel was in a nice quiet area of the town.

We were quite disappointed that there were no tea making equipment in the room, we were also surprised that on the booking form we could book in till 11.30pm but on arrival at 11.10 the hotel was just locking up and we had only just made it in.

they provided free coffee pods- excellent The room was very quiet- we even slept with the window open and it wasn't noisy.

i would have liked more free coffee pods for an extra coffee in the morning. The breakfast was a little expensive so we didn't buy it. Although the food looked good and freshly made.

First time I've used this hotel and the Staff were fantastic with assisting and organising a later than 10pm check in time. Excellent communication via messages and everything exactly as they said on arrival. Hotel in a quiet location and only 10 mins from DFDS Ferry terminal. The Queen room i had was absolutely great, very clean and tastefully decorated throughout and comfortable double bed. Will definitely use the hotel again and highly recommend it. Thank you
