Location amazing- could see the top of the leaning tower. Secure parking the motorcycle. Great breakfast . Air conditioning was perfect

Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable hotel. It's in a good location, with a view of the leaning tower from the room. The reception staff member also kindly assisted with booking a taxi for the airport which made my trip smoother.

Would be great for guests to have some information on how to work the window shutters, as they seem to be powered by some button that I couldn't see. The cleaners somehow managed to open it whilst I was out but would have been nice to know how they operate so that I could get some more sunlight in. Other than this minor thing I very much enjoyed the accomodation!

Hotel Roma is a lovely place, run by a charming team. While it may not be the most hip, designy hotel ever, it’s clear that the staff put their heart into making guests feel welcome. The furniture might be a bit dated, but don’t let that deceive you—the rooms smell great and are spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying, with the delightful aroma of fresh croissants and ham greeting you each morning. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Pisa Tower and various great restaurants. Plus, it’s conveniently close to Pisa Rossore Train Station, making exploring nearby gems like La Spezia, Lucca, Viareggio, and more easy.

Hallways can be a bit noisy, room is not soundproof

Amazing location, property was on the doorstep of the Pisa complex but remained quiet. It was clean and had all that was required for one nights stay. The reception and breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean, big and minimalistic. Breakfast was great, had choice, was fresh and in a good room. Get the taxi from the airport. It costs but still works out cheaper and faster than public transport.

The property was great and everything you expect from a three star. It is an old hotel and bathroom facilities could do with a little make over. but that gives it character.

This hotel is in an ideal location for visiting all of Pisa, not just the tower area which is literally across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast staff and front desk. Breakfast is quite generous for Italy: plenty of bread, cold meat, cheese, pastries, fruit juice etc. The hotel lies on a main road, but is quite peaceful at night. There is a bus stop almost outside the front door so visitors to Pisa can avoid the unmanned local station (San Rossore) and can take the bus from Centrale straight to the hotel (Torre). It is not a long walk into the main town and there is a delightful walk past the tower, duomo and baptistry, past many restaurants and bars right into the centre. Rooms are more than adequate for a short stay, clean and comfortable, with what looked like fairly recently upgraded ensuite bathrooms. The hotel's exterior may not look great in photos, but don't let that put you off!

Amazing location - literally 100 meters away from Piazza del Duomo with all the major Pisa sights. Even though I booked a budget room, the view from the window was amazing - the Alps and the Tower of Pisa in one panorama. The breakfast was excellent - a combination of italian and continental, I missed nothing. Check-in is until 24:00 p.m.

The hotel as a whole is pretty outdated, but at least the furniture is made of solid wood, so despite being old, it still functions completely fine - nothing is loose or wobbling, which is often the case in Italian hotels. The communal area (halls, breakfast area etc.) is not air-conditioned, so it gets really hot in the summer. Also the water source gets kind of warm, so you can not have a really cold shower to cool down.

Conveniently located for the Pisa hotspots, very nice staff at the reception and comfortable rooms and beds. I especially liked that the hotel - though a little old fashioned - was not as „touristified“ as all the other main places and restaurants in Pisa. It felt much more authentic and when I tried to communicate with my Italian the receptionist didn’t even bother to talk to me in English. (No worries - of course they are very polite and speak English to the guests that don’t know the language.)

The hotel could use a little make over of the interior.

The hotel was very clean as soon as I walked in My room I was happy it was spotless clean and smelt lively beautiful soft towels and very comfortable ,Bathroom has everything you need Breakfast buffet was very nice plently of choice and fresh pastries Has a beautiful Garden area to sit and relax lovely shared longe room with dining table and lounges to also sit as well Fantastic location across the road from Leaning Tower of pisa and busstop out the front to go the central station supermarket down the road Highly recommended

It was perfectly located, no more than a 5-min walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was a single room with a good range of facilities including a mini fridge, air-conditioning, large wardrobe space, hairdryer and a nicely-sized ensuite. The breakfast included was superb with a good selection of various breads, pastries, cold meats, coffee etc. The staff were very friendly, especially the man at the front desk and the woman serving breakfast/coffees.

Soundproofing - sound travelled quite a lot in the corridor outside my room so I could hear a lot of noise from other guests, especially families with small children. The window was blocked so I didn't get any sort of view from my room of the city. The bed was a bit firm but fine for me. These things weren't too much of an issue however as I was out most of the day sightseeing!

Great location. Hotel is situated about one minute walk from the Tower and the other buildings that surround it. There is a bus stop nearby for buses to the rail station and then onwards to the airport. A PAM supermarket is less than 5 minutes round the corner too. Reasonable sized room (single). Shower cubicle was on the small size. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely lady made me a great cappuccino.

Noise! Sound seem to carry through the building. The walls were solid, not paper thin, so I am not sure why it was noisy.
