We only stayed here for one night on the final night of our holiday, but it was a stunning hotel. The room was incredibly beautiful and had lots of lovely touches (small bottle of wine and snacks included, bathroom products, yoga mat and small weights). The service was incredible and the staff were really helpful; we contacted them through whatsapp to arrange parking and permits and they made this very easy. The location is excellent, in a quiet street but very central and only 5/10 mins away from the Tower. Would definitely stay here again!

Only had a bath (no shower) which wasn't a problem since we only stayed one night but would have been missing a shower if we had stayed more than one night!

Amazing location, within 5 mins walk from the Tower of Pisa and close to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beautifully decorated rooms, with comfortable beds, high quality finishings and very modern bathrooms, with all necessary toiletries provided. Coffee and tea facilities available in the room and a lovely bottle of complimentary white Tuscany wine offered open arrival (really appreciated it!). Our triple room also had a very cozy patio/balcony, just perfect to enjoy the evenings. Paid parking in front of the property, with discount offered by the hotel. Would highly recommend as a charming location from where to visit the city.

Breakfast (included in room price) was quite limited, with fixed menu: hot drink, juice, croissant of your choice and a cheese and ham toast. Scrambled eggs available upon demand for an extra charge of 5€. Overall ok, I would not rate it lower because of this (everything was tasty and sufficient, including the scrambled eggs), but good to know the choice is limited in case you are a fan of more wholesome breakfasts.

What was there to not like?!! The room was more than spacious and offered a lovely view from all windows. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in then which was really nice. Samanta met us at reception and shared many tips and ideas and made us feel very welcome. There were so many special touches - a bottle of wine in the room and a lovely book to take home (authored by the owner). The bathroom was spotless and the bed was big and comfy. One day, when we return to Pisa, we will look up Feroci and stay there again.

An incredible end to our Italian trip. Palazzo Feroci is a beautiful boutique hotel that is very centrally located and has been totally renovated by the owners. Our room (Sansisto 1) was a suite that comprised siting room with dining table, three seat sofa and an arm chair plus dark wood furniture. That led to a coffee area with mini bar and safe. Free drinks. The bedroom had a large open hanging area and comfy bed plus a large TV. The bathroom was the final room which was huge, high ceilings like all the other rooms and a powerful shower. All three rooms were air conditioned and cool when we arrived. We self-checked in, but Maria was on hand to help before hand. We had some difficulty getting a taxi (no Uber/FreeNow in Pisa) as very few came to the rank at the train station. The included breakfast was generous with prompt service. Overall we could not fault our experience, 10/10 for Palazzo Feroci.

The location is excellent, very very close to the tower. The place in itself is a work of art, very tasteful and beautifully decorated. Very helpful staff. Will definitely come back just to spend more time in this hotel (we only stayed for one night).

There were no vegan/lactose free options for the included breakfast (apart from a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice), it could use just a little bit of diversity in this area. However, this will not deter us from coming back, the place is just too beautiful to not stay in again.

Lovely welcome from Samantha who was very helpful, kind and had a lovely smile. Loved the location and my room was fabulous, quiet and comfortable.

The hair drier did not work properly (no hot air, only cold). After breakfast on my checkout day I was very surprised to be “locked out” of my room (key didn’t work) at 10.01am (one minute after 10am). The lady on reception was not particularly nice and just said “checkout is 10am). I was running 15 mins late and For such a high quality accommodation i would have expected a better attitude and some slight flexibility. I was then really disappointed that there was no option for refreshments on Sunday afternoon (meaning I had to walk around and find food/drink and somewhere to rest whilst waiting for a taxi for my onward journey).

When I booked this place I only expected a hotel in the city center, big enough to house a family. That is maybe the biggest understatement to describe this place. Yes indeed it is located in the city center, and also if you travel by car, not the easiest to find but this is expected. The hotel doesn't offer its own parking lot if you come by car but offers you registration and tickets so you can park your car in the area surrounding the hotel - which worked surprisingly well during my stay. My room was indeed big enough to house an entire family, very spacious and tastefully decorated and in person even more beautiful than displayed on the photos. Both the flooring and the wooden ceiling have retained their original shape. The hotel and the room feature the charm of a historical residence but include all amenities and comfort you would expect in the 21. century to make your stay enjoyable. However keep in mind this is a historical residence and a building that endured the centuries, so if you have a room to facing the street it might be a bit louder but the rooms to the patio are quiet. The hotel staff is fantastic - Lorenzo and team will help you even with unusual requests and I never had a problem with English communication. All in all - Pisa is a city mostly visited for a one day trip from Florence by international guests - something not necessarily deserved by this wonderful city because this city is more than just a tower. However if you decide otherwise - stay here, and you won't regret it. And if you do, don't forget to pay a visit to the coast - it's too easy for tourists nowadays to forget that Pisa used to be one of the 4 medieval sea republics (besides Venice, Genoa and Amalfi) and has a maritime past.

It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was 2 story and beautiful with all the amenities you could want or need. It was clean and spacious and the room on the top floor had amazing views. When a breakfast was included we expected a small area with toast and maybe pastries but getting a exceptional coffee from a lovely coffee shop with amazing staff and the best fresh pastries we’ve ever had along with yummy juice and a toastie - we felt spoilt! I hope to come and stay again honestly and the location was perfect too, so close to the airport yet also a short work to all the sights and a 20 min walk to the station if you want to see more of Tuscany!

Literally nothing

Everything is great,we had the rooms like real chambers from a palace. We had an apartment and our toddler felt free to play between rooms. We went in January and there is no problem with the heat. Very close to the Dome, Botanical Garden, Arno. Good breakfast even if it is not very diversified. Good coffee. We hope to come back in summer. Thanks to the staff.

All I can say is that we are sorry that we left.

The room we were in, the Cavalieri suite 1 was extremely spacious, with a bedroom, a lounge, a bathroom, and a utility room with fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and wardrobe. Air conditioning kept the rooms very cool and was easy to adjust. No outside noise whatsoever and rooms were kept very clean. Bathroom had a fantastic shower! Breakfast was fine. If your breakfast was included in your hotel booking this included a Hot beverage from a long list of choices plus fruit juice. A pastry which included Apple/Crema (custard)/Almond/Chocolate/plain/jam filled croissants, which were excellent. I think you could have had fruit compote and yoghurt with fruit as an alternative. It also included scrambled egg and bacon, with toast. The quality was very good and was more than enough for us. The hotel is ideally situated, in a bustling, but scenic part of the city. Towards the tower, which is five minutes walk away, are lots of touristy restaurants that are to be avoided. Simple rule is to look at starters. If you're paying double figures for simple starters like bruschetta then you're being ripped off. Avoid the top half of the street leading to the tower. Most decent restaurants are located to the left of the hotel via the Plaza Cavalieri, with a multitude of very reasonably priced restaurants and bars within easy access. I think 10 minutes walk was the furthest we had to go for a restaurant. Book ahead if you can, as even midweek the best restaurants are busy. All the staff were a credit to the hotel. The staff at reception Maria,Lorenzo and Samanta were so helpful in every respect.

One slight negative was that the patio in our suite was way too hot to sit out in. This was due to a combination of the weather (which was not the hotel's fault) and the heat created by a very large kitchen air conditioning unit adjacent to the patio. This was a shame, as this was one of the reasons we specifically chose the suite. However, overall, the rest of the facilities dampened the Blow! :)
