this hotel is considered one of the best in Istanbul of all time, starting from the great location that gives you a very easy access to the city! now not forgetting the outstanding services provided by the friendly staff this hotel has! my advice if you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Istanbul for you and your family and this is one of the first choices you got :)

- the whole apartment, very well organized and fully equiped - turkish coffee expressor - smart TV with all apps - very good wi-fi connection - view from 21 st floor - clean, fresh , pleasant atmosphere in all common spaces (reception, lobby, floors etc) - the pool and the gym - next to.hotel all you need: supermarket, farmacy, restaurants, cofee shops, etc - near to public transports - loving personal taking care of family cats, feeding them and offering a warm space to.stay very close to the hotel, in fact, like everywhere in Istanbul, good for them

Clean, comfortable, beautiful view from the window and balcony.

Only one toilet in two bed apartment, little far from center and on checkout date I didn’t find my travel pillow.

The staff are very welcomming and helpful espicially Deniz and Hamza. They were very nice to us. This is my second visit to the same hotel. Ms. Deniz at the reception was very kind and she upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities and facilities you need. The location is great accessible to most parts of Istanbul. Breakfast at the B1 level lounge was good and tasty. The thing I liked most is the staff and there lovely smile at all time. During my stay I felt like home. I will definitely come again to this great place.

There is nothing I didnt like.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and going way past their check in duties to help out. Also the food staff were also great giving food specially made for the kids especially Ayfor I believe her name was. The boys loved the pancakes and omelets but overall the staff were the best part even using their Uber to get a van because it was cheaper, and the fact I don’t have an Uber account. The rooms were big and it was big enough for the kids to play and have fun. Will probably pick this place again if I go back.

The pool was a little cold but it’s not cheap to have a heated pool added. That would have made it perfect though as the boys love swimming

The staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean and of decent sizes for family. Very good service! There is a supermarket, some resto, bustop, pharmacy just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended. Only around 30mins away by car from attractions like blue mosque etc. The view also was just perfect. 🤩

The breakfast was decent but there was not enough variety. The lady there was very very kind and helpful. I forgot to ask her name, else would have mentioned her for sure.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We stayed in the family suite with balconies, which had 2 living rooms, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for my wife and I, 2 teenagers and 2 pre teens. Accommodation was very comfortable, had all the utilities and amenities we needed as a family. House was very good, on days where we left the apartment late in the day, it was still properly cleaned. Kids loved the indoor pool and I especially enjoyed using the gym and sauna. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Afyer and the restaurant manager at breakfast. Ayfer was extremely helpful and kind with the kids, always made suggestions about what we could order from the Ala carte menu if we didn’t want anything from the Buffett. We found the location to be very central and not too far from the historical sites, the grand bazar or the Venezia mega outlet mall. There’s also a huge supermarket located in the same block as well as restaurants a pharmacy & an ATM. We look foward to staying here on our next return to Istanbul.
