So far my best stay in Istanbul is in The Superior Living Batisehir. Rooms are clean, spacious and furniture is modern and well maintained. During this one week stay, everything was working as expected and as promised. Staff are friendly and a special big thanks to Veysel, Furkan and Cihan. Their smile always welcomes you and their help is always available. They fixed and helped me and my mother with one issue before we even blink our eyes. Staff like you are a gem to any hotel. A+++++ service.

The staff were very helpful and co-operative! The Shuttle to the Metro Station. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped.

The 100$ deposit was not mentioned in the hotel description. Nowadays, I don't usually hang around with cash in my pocket, and after such a long trip, going out again to find an ATM was not very convenient

The staff was very friendly particularly Tayfun, who was very helpful during our trip. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in, (it has all essentials). And the area is very nice and quiet, with a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

A few days after we arrived, we were informed that this is not in fact a serviced apartment hotel and that cleaning costs extra(40$/cleaning!), this was extremely shocking as what is the point of a hotel apartment if the are not going to service it. Also it was not clear on booking that this was the case(And i checked thoroughly). The hotel insisted on this though. Further, on booking it stated that there was a tumble dryer in the room, there was not. Upon informing the hotel they apologised for misunderstanding but stated there are no dryers in the hotel. Quite disappointing on both fronts they need to be more clear about their facilities on booking.com.

Nicely located facility, apartments/rooms are also fantastic. Big balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware etc. Balcony and windows are soundproof which is also a nice addition Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming

The internet could pose some challenges. Wi-fi speed could be almost nonexistent. But don't worry, the staff would be happy to help you out and fix the issue

Location is perfect and apartments are very comfortable. Hotel is very close to Medipol University Hospital and on the highway which is going through Istanbul so every location in Istanbul is easy to reach. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. It is our second time in this hotel and I am sorry I didn't rate the hotel first time but this time I must mention Ms. Elif and Mr. Baris Cihan which were kind to help us with all our requests so as first time were Mr. Veysel and Mr. Ahmet.

For my needs and expectations everything was ok.

The receptionist emre and laysel wrre friendly and welcoming. The 3 bedroom apart. Were good for family and very comfortable. The facilities were helpful, there was sauna, steam, gym, underground parking, and onur supermarket outside also some cafe were available. The hotel is very clean and well managed. Many guest i saw there were feeling greatful and all their concerns at the reception were solved on spot and professionally. I was glad about that and felt home. The apartments are hotel like furnished. Security system is available at elevator, rooms, whole area.there are many car rental agencies beside the property. 10 minutes by car away from mall of istanbul.

The kitchen had no microwave, no utilities other than plates and fork,spoon knife, there was a very small kittle for water. Cleaning every 3 days is very little and also they clean very shallow. They just changed the towels without any cleaning of floor or kitchen or bathroom. The main balcony door was locked and we were giving first floor noisy apartment, also early checkin was not available although we requested for it while booking the apart. And they accepted (confirmed) but still we did not receieve it before 12 p.m. Breakfast was lebanese one not turkish buffet so please be carefull its not optional.

I recently stayed at The Superior Living Batışehir from October 28th to November 2 with my family, and we had an outstanding experience. The apartment we were allocated was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk were true professionals. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they provided clear and thorough explanations about everything we needed to know. All our questions were answered promptly and clearly in English, which made us feel safe, very comfortable and well taken care of. We were so impressed with our stay that we’ve already booked another visit from December 25th to January 1st. We’re excited to return and are looking forward to enjoying the same exceptional service and comfort once again. See you at 25 December again!

This is not our first stay and we cameback to this wonderful compound. From Emre’s persistent smile to Veysel and Furkan always ready to help, you will sure enjoy and feel safe staying at The Superior Living. Rooms are crisp clean, apartment facilities are excellent. If you miss something, just ask at the desk and they will bring it. The compound offers a free bus shuttle every 30-60 minutes to the metro station. The station is also within walking distance (needs about 20mins). You have 4 major supermarkets nearby: Onur, A101, BIM and Migros. All within 1-3 minutes walks from compound. There is also a good pharmacy. Walking around the compound is almost flat. U need 25-40 minutes by taxi to Taksim depending on traffic. Me and my mother enjoyed our second stay at this compound and felt safe all the time. Thanks again for top notch staff for making us come again to your place. Veysel, Furkan, Emre and Cihan you are the best.
