Convenient location to the freeway and major roadways, surprisingly very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. I thought the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Waffle machines, some version of eggs each day, yogurt, and standard breads/pastries. Super grateful for the small gym with a nice treadmill. Staff was quite pleasant.

Rooms a bit dated, carpet is gross and a little dirty, shampoo is not quality but what can you expect. It felt like the room could use a good deep clean. There were stains on the walls and dust on the baseboards. Limited restaurants within walking distance but most people would have a car. Freeway a little loud at night.

We had a very long Miami-Charlotte Trip. In the dead of night, we made a quick reservation at a hotel along the way to just crash and sleep for a few hours. But the hotel surprised us from the very first minute. Very nice lobby, 24 hour reception and a nice, very friendly lady at the reception. I even checked how old this hotel was, since it looked completely new. Our room was also in perfect condition. Firstly, it was huge, in two parts with a living area, a sofa and a coffee table. Secondly, everything was in perfect condition, even the shower head was new, without any signs of rust. Perfectly clean room, comfortable snow-white, quiet beds and quiet air conditioning. No musty smells, which is common in most hotels. The room was so comfortable and cozy that we literally didn’t want to leave there.

There are not a lot of breakfast options, and once the breakfast area gets busy, the staff can't keep up with replenishing food. We went one morning, and they were out of coffee , juice, milk, cups, scrambled eggs, etc.

We chose this because of the location for traveling along the freeway, a great place for a 1 night stay, so we didn't explore the local area too much . The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable, enough room for a family of 4 (3 beds - including a sofa bed). Staff helpful, pool & gym great. Plus a great restaurant on the hotels doorstep - Texas Road House.

Everything was clean well maintained. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the room was as described in the hotel info. No surprises.

The front desk person working the night we checked in seemed bothered when we asked questions about bedding for the sofa bed and generally seemed like she hated her job, however the person working the next morning was pleasant and helpful.

The room was such a great size, and the shades on windows kept out the lights. It was so clean...I need the service to come to my house!! The beds were comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and inviting. I didnt use any of the amenities. The breakfast was rather good, better than I expected. It seemed fresher than most places that have similar set up. The water temperature was sooo hot and sooo great!! I hope I get to stay here again soon!!

I had wished the shower was a walk in shower for my husband who has bad hip, hard to get in shower/tub, I thought the accessible room would have that kind of shower.

We have stayed at this property several times and are very happy and will stay again.

I understand check-in is 3pm or after. However, when we booked we requested early/on-time check-in and were advised that was noted in our reservation. However, when we arrived after 3pm. we had to wait about an hour to get into our room.

I enjoyed the room and the front desk person when I checked in was so pleasant and welcoming that I felt very welcomed. She is the type of person that companies should have in customer service. She told me her name but it escapes me now. I checked at around 1500 or so

I enjoyed the room I was in however the bathroom door on the bathroom side had a big hole in it looked like someone had punched it with their fist the shower head and controls needs replacing or upgrading there is paint chipped off the wall in the bedroom. SATURDAY night my neighbor room 204? Started screaming like a wild person 9pm and again at 11pm this time he was in the hallway and beating on the walls. That's not the hotels fault be it was a bad experience.

I was expecting a full line breakfast instead the above average continental breakfast. Although the server was extremely kind and helpful. She ensured the area was spotless. I loved the location being in walking distance to fill all my needs.

Hallway carpet smelled and need replacing. Also the exterior from the back door to the poo; area was stained with residuals. The door wasn't terrible bad but rattled when closing which left me a little insecure.
