The location was very close to the airport. The room was clean. A few utensils were provided in the kitchen.

Check-in didn't go well.. My card was swiped and it appeared not to go through so I never got a screen to sign . I allowed the clerk to put it through again and that time the transaction was processed, and I was able to sign the charge. I was charged the additional $100.00 deposit which should be refunded after check out. The next morning when I checked out, I showed the clerk where my account was charged twice. She said she was unable to make any changes, but I should call her manager. My bank account was charged $400.00 and I waited 6 days to get the duplicate charge reversed and my $100.00 deposit returned to my account.

very clean and accommodating staff they cleaned and remade the bed every day the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean! love love loved how they even cleaned the bathroom the second day! the towels were also very soft and fluffy!

they don’t have blankets on the beds just sheets and another thicker sheet as a blanket and our mattress wasn’t the best in our particular room

How cozy the rooms were and it was quiet and relaxing and the beds and pillows made me never want to leave

The toilet seat wasn't so clean till i took a towel and scrubed the seat then the gunk came off

I and my friends live in Melburne. We booked the stay for 2 nights as the Inn was a more secure and safe place as Ian Hurricane was coming our way. My only problem was the toilets are really low.

The toilets are very low. i have weak knees, I've had 7 dislocations and when I sit and my knees are higher than my hips it is extreemly difficult. My friend who was in the room next room is 4'7 and I'm 5"4 and she had a problem with getting up from the toilet. She had a hip replacement a year ago. If there were a rail on the wall in front of the toilet it would have made it easier for both of us.

The hotel was conveniently located in Melbourne. There was easy access to highways and major local roads.

The hotel while relatively clean, needed a refreshing of the decor. Rugs in the room felt gritty and in need of cleaning. There was a coffee maker available, but no single serve coffee nor coffee filters. These types of items should be available, even as a separate purchase.

staff was great...place was very nice...quiet, what we wanted. Very accommodating. only unexpected thing was extra charge for higher speed WiFi---which wasn't much better than slo-mo...that was the doing of corporate, and not anyone at this hotel. We will come here again.

slo wifi and extra charge for "not as slo" wifi. Again, this was a corporate doing and nothing to do with staff here. Is the only thing we didnt like.

Nice facilities for the price. It’s not a “5 star “ but if you’re looking for a an inexpensive place to stay, that’s clean & safe, then by all means consider this place. Having cooking abilities was such a plus for us. Will stay here again on our next fishing trip.

There are a few people that stay there, that appear to live there. But all seem friendly, quiet people. That really wasn’t a problem for us though.

Actually it was very very quiet compared to what some people said on the reviews I was really surprised I enjoyed the beds were comfortable

When I looked at the policy it said it would refund my $100 deposit it's been over 24 hours and I have not received it into my bank account yet. And with the cleaning situation the housekeeping needs to do the baseboards and stuff I had to collective a lot of dust and it made me sneeze a lot.

Room had a table and chairs, small refrigerator/freezer, Kitchenette, microwave

Room was as far away from the entrance as possible. Made for a long walk with anything you carried in or out

There was a couple upstairs with a child that woke us at 8am, running back and forth every morning. Parents fault. We let it go. Overall👍
