Perfect hotel for family-oriented stay. Beautiful facility - warm heated pool enjoyed a late-December swim even when the Dead Sea was very cold. Plenty of tasty food - not gourmet but tasty. Rooms were very clean - nothing extravagant but they did the job. Very friendly staff - e.g. when I sent in the dining room 30 minutes after a meal ended to get an extra coke, they smiled at me instead of giving me a sour look. I would go back and I would recommend to others. IMPORTANT - this hotel is located OUTSIDE of 'hotel city' - the Ein Bokek area with a ton of hotels on top of each other. For some people, this is a bug - for US, it was a FEATURE - we enjoyed the privacy. Location is right next to the beach (like less than 200 feet) and there is a very long pier that goes very far into the dead sea -- world-class views where the only 'cost' is 20-30 minutes of walking. WARNING - if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a weight-loss, this 'all inclusive' facility is overflowing with tempting 'not diet friendly' treats. They CERTAINLY are not cheap.

I liked EVERYTHING - but this hotel is much more suitable for a FAMILY vacation than for a business stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just near the private beach. Large and comfortable pool with movable tents above. Great view from the window. The beach is cleaned regularly, there were enough plastic chairs any time. The room was clean and well equipped, enough place for clothes and other things. The best impression was our private supervisor, Shlomit, very warm and nice person, who took care of us from the 1st minute of our stay and solved all the problems in the fastest way, even at her day off! This was a VIP service indeed!

The food was typical oriental, a half of the menu was not suited for us at all. The strange thing that we didn't expect from the Israeli hotel was absence of green salads leaves (Lettuce salad, arugula, parsley, dill etc.). There was only one coffee site operated by a bartender in the morning for two large meal areas, with a constant queue (good coffee!). Two coffee machines were not operated.

Excellent food, excellent manager and staff (Shlomit is excellent!!), great value for price, nice pool and beach area, it really is all inclusive with tons of food during meals and drinks all day.

The chairs near the pool could have been cleaner and more comfortable. Also, the kids' activity near the pool was so loud for two hours it really ruined the morning. We left the pool, went to our rooms 10 stories up, closed the doors, windows, and everything, and it was still so loud. I asked them to lower it but they refused. It was for 10 kids they ruined the morning for 200 adults....

We had a great family vacation including children and grandparents. There was room and something to do for everyone. The rooms where big and clean, as described. With an amazing view to the dead sea. I especially appreciated the family room with two separate rooms within perfect with kids. The pool facilities were fantastic and the kids especially enjoyed the outside slides. We were delighted to see the direct path to the dead sea beach from the hotel, literally in front of us. The hotel staff was vey nice, attentive and helpfull. The dinning room, a bit noisy, offered a lot of options to eat. We were there on a holliday and received plenty of treats the whole stay :)

This hotel’s best asset is shlomit she was amazing we loved her so much she made sure our stay was as comfortable as it can be Our room was great the pool was clean and the access to the Dead Sea is why we keep coming back to this hotel

The food was horrible to be honest as someone who doesn’t eat meat or chicken all I could find to eat was potato and rice and even the salads were bad, I usually look forward for the breakfast and that also didn’t meet the expectations and even family members who do eat meat found it bad and had stomach aches after every meal. The food always wasn’t that great but somehow this year it was worst then all the times we’ve visited before.

It's an absolutely amazing place. Private beach 2 minutes walking, big pool, enough place for all people. The room is clean and cozy. It was a great pleasure to receive the better room than I ordered, with a sea view. And thanks for a cute gift: bottle of red wine and the package with cosmetic. There is a big restaurant and all the guests didn't wait for the table. The eating was really perfect. Big choice and great quality. Stuff is very friendly, especially Shlomit. I can highly recommend this hotel and will return with my pleasure.

We liked everything very much, the administrator named Shlemit accompanied us throughout the day, solved any problems, which I really liked, the cuisine was very tasty, I also liked the spa treatments, I definitely recommend

There are no cons, the room is clean, the bed linen and towels are all clean, but the room itself is a little outdated. although this did not stop us from resting. instead of one double bed there were two single beds together, which is not very comfortable because they could move apart, so when choosing a room I recommend that you indicate that there is only a double bed

We liked discovering lazer tag and a 7-D movie and arcade...my children really liked that. We liked the easy access to the Dead Sea beach also. We were especially impressed by the gift bag and the surprise of a food/fruit platter delivered to our room at the exact moment when my children were hungry (in the hours between lunch and dinner) *Ein Bokek, a beautiful nature spot, nearby...but see the negative comment in the next section

What we didn't like: *one of 3 water slides didn't work, and the other 2 were very slow *The pool became deep, but we didn't quite understand where the deep water started. A child who was with us started drowning! My friend's son can't swim and when he struggled to stay above water, it was a scary moment. I had to pull him back to the shallow water and he was coughing. *In the arcade, a number of games didn't work and we lost our coins to them *There was a beautiful nature spot nearby (Ein Bokek) but only ONE staff member knew of it and knew where it's located! And his explanation of how to arrive was a bit vague...we found it, though...it was a highlight of our stay.

The staff were excellent! Shlomit was amazing. She gave us her personal phone number and said we should call her if we need anything. She even upgraded us, and we didn’t even ask for it! And Rami took good care of us in the dining room. The spa pools and jacuzzis were wonderful. The outside pool was extraordinary- beautifully decorated and landscaped also with plenty of comfortable lounging places. The water slides were a lot of fun for everyone.

Having to leave was the low point.☹️

So many things to do - the beach and pool, spa, water park, games rooms, and even laser tag in the evenings. They have a nice theater with shows and karaoke. Every staff member I spoke with was very helpful. I like that there was an hour in the spa that was women-only.

I saw some long little bugs running around on the bar in the theater room while waiting for my drink...That grossed me out. Everything else was pretty clean as far as I could tell.
