The location was impressive, overlooking Mullion Cove. The accommodation was very comfortable. The meals were excellent. But it was the staff who made our stay particularly memorable. Everyone was pleasant and cheerful We will be returning.

The hotel was in a lovely location right on the cliffs over the sea .we had a part view it was amazing . The hotel was a little tied but really nice . The staff were really nice friendly and looked after you . The rooms were large and really nicely decorated. The bathrooms were really nice with large walk in showers . The breakfast were really good so much to choose from . We're came Dec it was a little cold but it was a great time . I must say the cleaners do a great job on such a big hotel . The spa was good the staff were really friendly and the treatment s were very good . We really enjoyed the spa it's nice to chill and unwind . And watch the sea and relax . We would come again .

We didn't like meals on menu but that's just us . As we are not very fishy people . Plus avocado we do not like . The continental breakfast would be nice to have a bit more like meats cheese yogurt with flavor. The toaster did not work very well . But that is all

Lots of small things, mainly to do with the dinner and breakfast. Eg. Asked if we wanted water on the table and then had to ask for it during the meal, no spoons for the soup (had to get up and ask for them twice), ordered Tofu starter but later on told it wasn’t available. Breakfast, asked for a window table but told it was reserved for people staying longer than us (1 night) despite there being no one there, breakfast menu was blank (no menu so we had to grab one from another table). Loved the place and feel bad about criticism but for the price, these small things let it down

The whole staff from those in the Breakfast/restaurant, bar, reception and spa were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Credit to the hotel. We had an excellent stay, with outstanding scenery and service.

Just a comment. You have the spa but after calling numerous times across threes days eventually the phone was answered. But by the time we got through there were no spa treatment slots. But this was ok as we did enjoy the rest of the spa facilities. It might be worth thinking about whether you could book spa treatments online rather having to wait for the phone to be answered. I also understand that you were short of spa employees to provide more treatment slots, which I know can't be helped.

All the staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good for walks and other excursions by car. The view from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast variety was very good. We enjoyed the hotel and location so much that we booked a further 3 nights..

Nothing other than we thought the carpets in our room were a little dull but this would not stop us from returning back.

It’s not really a big deal but when we arrived the “M” was missing on the hotel front and it just made me think poor maintenance, I hope inside isn’t the same. Which thankfully it wasn’t ! If you were driving by it just doesn’t look great. Just my opinion. Oh and on the phone to the spa hours before our arrival the lady asked if we could change our reservation although I’d already said it was my partners birthday and that would be hard to do. She said don’t worry and explained we’d have champagne on arrival. Sadly that didn’t happen. The hotel did write a birthday card though x Thanks

Although we arrived a little later in the evening and during a torrential downpour we were attended to quickly and smoothly to enable us to get to our room and dry off. One our bags broke, owing to being soaking wet, and the hotel staff could not do enough to help providing us with another bag and helping us clear up the mess created. The food was of a very high standard we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was good value and the breakfast offer was also very good. The location is very remote but also equally stunning with the SW coast path running outside - this enabled us to enjoy a walk to Poldhu and back, so it is a great place to stay for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, with a good view of the Cove, having everything you would require during a 2 night stay. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival with information also available with regards to mealtimes, things to do and other notes of interest. Overall we were both satisfied with the hotel and facilities, including the Spa area, The staff were all very hard working and polite, kind and pleasant and could not do enough for you, which made our stay even more pleasurable.

As mentioned owing to the location, there is not a lot to do if you are looking to occupy children, there is the chocolate factory 5 minutes drive away but you would have to go further afield for other attractions. But for couples it is excellent as it allows you to switch off and relax and do what you please.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially they have a great Spa facility and we enjoyed the time in Spa every day. It has everything you need, and the jacuzzi outside was the best one I have ever had in my life so far! And of course, the view from the hotel room was magnificent, and you cannot miss their Afternoon tea too :) Everything was perfect for us!

Location is wonderful. Quiet, with lovely views and the coastal path just outside. Grand building with small but very good spa facilities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely felt well looked after.

EV charger was temperamental - stopped charging twice after just a few minutes - and is only max 7kW. The first issue is not the hotel's fault. If an EV driver, do not assume to be able to charge here. Hotel could perhaps investigate option of a deal to get a public rapid charger installed.

The hotel has magnificent sea views and our room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food was excellent. They upgraded us to a sea-view room because it was my husband's birthday and that made our stay very special.

My only small niggle was that the outdoor pool was advertised as being heated from March and we were looking forward to using it. However, although the spa facilities were good, the pool was a very cool 16 degrees - far too cold for us softies.
