The location was great, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Our toilet would not flush on its own from day one, we reported it to the front desk, they put a plunger outside our door and expected us to fix it, which it didn't we had to plunge the toilet every day for the 5 days we were there, we as well as our sister requested upon check in to have our rooms cleaned on specific days (on their request paperwork) which never happened. It wasn't the end of the world, but don't ask me if you're not going to do it!! I was on vacation not the hotel plumber.

Located on the beach. The room was clean with no hair on any of the linen. The staff was very nice.

I was charged more than I had budgeted. when I searched for a motel to replace the crummy motel I first stayed in, didn't have much choice unless I wanted to give away $118.00, the price given stated including hotel fees. whereas before the description would have said excluding hotel fees. So going out to eat as a tradition in the last nights stay was out of the question. getting souvenirs for my grandchildren was out of the question. While I know booking.com cannot control the weather as it rained the majority of the time.. it would have been nice to go shopping to make up for lost sunshine on the beach.

Pet friendly, amazing beach view, so close to the beach, breakfast was awesome, comfortable beds, clean room, smart TV

Other guests were running around late into 3 AM and large groups taking up the bbq area around the pool and smoking. The pool looks sketchy. Parking was very limited.

Loved the view! The beds were comfortable and room was large. Breakfast was good. Cleaning crew and front desk very nice!

The bed lines were a little aged. They were clean but had stains. I would like to suggest taller.chairs for the ocean view balconies so short people like me can see over the railing!

This place was a good place to stay. Very clean, breakfast was very good with different choices daily. I would definitely recommend this motel.

The only issue was the pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't because something was broken on the heater. No big deal for us tho

The beach access was amazing! Beds very comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs to check out early due to a family issue. our dogs were welcomed too! breakfast was also good with lots of choices

floors were not as clean as expected 😬 blow dryer was very old and didn't work.

Staff was great, room was great and the location was awesome.

We had a date set up to have our room cleaned and they never came ( there was a new lady being trained and she never put our slip in) then when we asked about it the manager sat it up but they still didnt come the next day and we had to ask a maid and she made sure to get the room cleaned finally

The location was perfect. The continental breakfast was awsome, the girls loved it. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. AGAIN, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.

The rooms could use some updating but there was not anything that we did mot like.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. The staff was friendly and accommodating; breakfast was great and a wide variety of options ! It wasn't our first visit, and we'll be returning again in the future.

Great location, wonderful & attentive staff, good pricing! Location put us right on the beach and night life. Breakfast staff was fantastic and offered a variety for most anyone.

Beds were a bit soft.
