Beds were comfortable

The room smelled like smoke. The neighbors were smoking marijuana and the smell was coming through the door. They were loud, tv was loud, and they were up late and super loud early in the morning. The breakfast was very disappointing. My family and I went to eat breakfast at 7:15 am on a Tuesday and there was hardly any food left, tried to eat cereal and there was no milk, it looked like the worker was already cleaning up and closing instead of putting out more food

We loved our room, it was ground level, and we could park close to our room ( no hauling our luggage a country mile! lol)...so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful ❤️ fountain was outside not far from our room and I wish we could of stayed longer.They had an amazing full breakfast , eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and all the regular stuff too, in a big open dining area so you weren't crowded by your fellow guests.Staff were very pleasant &kind, location was perfect for us. Gas station close by, easy access to hwy.

Breakfast was amazing, best eggs and fried potatoes we've ever had at a hotel. Normally we avoid breakfast as most places serve half cooked runny eggs and burnt potatoes but not here. There breakfast was cooked to perfection and tasted great.

Facility shows its age and is in major need of upgrades to the rooms. Previous repairs to the bathroom in our room where you can see they had to go into the wall to make plumbing repairs were just covered up with a can of foam and they just painted over it. Kudos for ingenuity but not so appealing to guests.

I left my purse in the breakfast room and had almost made it back to my room by the time I realized it. As I was approaching the breakfast room, the attendant was walking back to the room as well and saw me and told me she had just given my purse to the man at the front desk. Both gave me excellent service and interactions!

The bed was hard.

Good sized room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. I was visiting family, so did not eat breakfast there.

I could hear the sounds of the neighboring people speaking loudly in the next room through the connecting door. Or, it could have been the t.v. I would recommend getting a room with no connecting door.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options. I like the fact that I was able to get a ground floor when it wasn't guaranteed at booking. Staff was friendly and I would stay here again.

There wasn't much not to like, but if I had a negative, it would be that maintenance needs to take more pride in their workmanship. Being a retired General Contractor/Project Manager, attention to detail in the installation of baseboard molding and finish caulking is a must.

It was really quiet to where I could get a good night sleep after driving 9 hours. As well as the room that I had was VERY CLEAN and NICE. When I checked out the receptionist who was different than when I checked in was very polite and wished me safe travels for my next destination

Upon arrival I was waiting for the receptionist get done with another customer so that I could check in. But noticed that when she would cough 😷 she wasn't covering her mouth nor just step away for a moment. With everything that's going on with COVID and everything else it would've been respectful for her to cover her mouth especially when I traveled with my child and would be around people who have compromised health issues

Bed was comfortable room was cleaned front desk was very helpful and nice.

When I showered my water kept getting hotter or colder at times. Also the toilet paper holder is coming out of the wall. Needs a little TLC but overall I loved it. I do remodeling so if y’all ever need anything reach out to me I’d love to earn your business (806)281-0949 Quaylon McDaniel

Love the location and the courtyard and the breakfast

The carpet it feels like it's been there since 1999 or before when it use to be holiday inn. And wish they would have more to do at the hotel when they have so much room for it and wish they would have working vending machines

Friendly staff. Room was clean.

Could have used a couple of softer pillows and another blanket on the bed. Didn't want to leave the heater on during the night because it was a little noisy, so I was cold during the night.
