Location, check-in and check-out easy, staff very professional and helpful. Comfortable room and bed.
Everything needs an update. Breakfast had little variety and no bread items except waffle machine.

There was a good amount of choices for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I appreciate that the pool was empty as it was not open (the last hotel I stayed at never drained theirs for the winter so it was green and gross).
The room could use a refresh. The paint job was spotty in areas of the room. The door bar needs to be either replaced or oiled. The curtains were hard to close and open.

Everything was like new and very clean. Superb bed and pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value. I typically search for lowest price hotels expecting lower quality as a trade off, but the quality here far exceeded the price I paid. Of the five hotels I stayed at on my trip, this was without question the best value, even though it was the lowest price I paid out of the five.
I suppose the only negative was that the room and bathroom were rather small, but for me traveling alone, not a problem at all.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms and restrooms were clean
Tye heaters did not work at all and the outlets did not work in the room also no light bulbs I was also just so tired from traveling

The room was as advertised. No issues.
The train runs along the highway and is a little noisy for all the hotels along the road. Nothing they can do about it of course.

clean , nice size fridge, easy access, breakfast, coffee pot and microwave. didnt use the pool but it looked nice, staff was positive and very nice. I loved that they had a garden planted out back.
I wish breakfast didnt end at 9am and it would have been nice to have eggs sometimes. One of my outlets didnt work.

That the swimming pool was closed. That was disappointing.

The breakfast was ok......only 1 piece of sausage available. Waffle iron needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Juice and fruit selection was great.
