Small but beautiful room high atop Coimbra and steps from the University. Fully renovated with lovely contemporary furnishings and convenient kitchen equipment. Easy contactless check in and the staff called to be sure everything was to my liking. The AC worked great and was very much appreciated after climbing up the hill! Great value for money.

Although the location is great, it's a very steep walk uphill to get to the hotel. Then I was on the top floor so I had to carry my bags up three floors with a narrow winding staircase. The room was small but perfect for one person. The bathroom is a bit tiny. A very tall person might have an issue with the sloping ceilings in the top floor rooms but I found it charming.

The location is perfect, once you understand how to reach it (and it is not easy). The location is perfect if you visit the upper part of the town. The room is clean as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable

Ask for a low floor if you have luggages because the stairs are very unpractical and there are no lifts. Parking could be very difficult and you need to be lucky to find it. There are no restaurants in the area and you need to go downtown. Maybe better to avoid the glass contenitor of soap

Liked the heater, the location, the bed was very comfortable, and really liked that there was no staff, you just had to enter and go to your room. It was a great stay

I was a little bit confused on the code to open the front door, but I eventually got it, I didn't understood well at the first time. When I was taking a bath in the morning, the water went completely cold after not a long time, but I'm not sure if it's normal or if I was just unlucky

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the historic centre close to the University. However, in some rooms there was noise coming from the apartment above and if you have windows open there can be some noise coming from people on the streets. I was staying during the Euro2020 when Portugal lost and there were some rowdy fans hanging around in the seating area below. Overall the stay was comfortable and the apartment was cleaned daily. I liked the location but it is in a hilly area. Very close to the botanical gardens too so worth a visit. There is no staff on location but they were very responsive to any messages I sent them (had some initial problem with wifi but this was resolved quickly). The kitchenette is a bonus to prepare light meals and snacks and hot drinks. The room was quite small but for solo travellers it is perfect. Value for money.

The room I had initially was noisy from the apartment above but the owners were quick to respond and offered me an alternative room which was much better.

One lamp was flickering and no toilet paper at arrival (not really dislikes, but I wanted to mention it)

I loved the location near the university Great shower Bright and airy as well as access to fridge kettle and microwave

Unfortunately it was freshers week so really noisy as a restaurant opposite not their fault

Location is gratulacje, the room is very clean and nicely decorated. Self check-in is easy.
