Very nice cozy property - re-adapted from a farm-house into a well stocked personalised hotel. Everyone there is extremely kind and very helpful. Excellent recommendations, prompt support for anything - calling a taxi, helping book train / bus, details about any shops/stores in the city, etc. The breakfast is also home-style, pick from the menu, and enjoy getting pampered. The property is gorgeous and is very well maintained. It is near the train station and 30min walk / 5 min taxi ride from the city centre. I stayed here for 5 nights and every evening after returning to the room I found delicious home-baked cake. Overall, a lovely personalised experience that made me feel cared for and well looked after.

Pool area was great. Lots of loungers and a lovely view of the city walls. Bedrooms were a good size. We are a family of five so third child had to sleep on a fold out bed in the lounge which made that area a bit cramped. Wonderful mid week buffet hosted on site. Great food, lovely hosts and fantastic ambiance. 2 minutes walk to a very large supermarket. Washing facilities with drying racks outside. Short drive to the city walls. Easy access to motorway. Quiet.

Would like to have had a bit of an outdoor area from our room. Think a few rooms have this so ask for those. There was a communal outdoor area and also the pool loungers but something outside the room would have been nice.

Loved this place. Beautiful pool area to relax & have a quick dip after a long hot day. Staff were wonderful! Helped us carry bags to the room, provided Maps & lots of information on what to see & do in Sienna. Room was large, clean & well equipped.

The location! Too far out for a walk into town & back for dinner! There are km & km of escalators that go up the hill.. from there it was quite a long walk into the walled town. Did not expect a 30+ minute hike into town & home again after dinner.. Great being able to park there but would not recommend if you only have limited time here. We spent more time waking than we did actually enjoying the sights of Sienna.

I mean, this is a charming, fantastic place to be! What an atmosphere with all the olive trees, the pool, the flowers, the houses around. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen area/living room. Very comfortable. Even we had a private garden where a breakfast is fantastic. They have a great selection of wines, so you can enjoy local drinks. There is a big shop 200 meters, so you can buy whatever you want. The city center is 30 mins walk, but also by car you can park at the gates, so no problem at all. The train station is 10 minutes walk, all major cities can be reached from there. We spent 10 days but we definitely would go back any time. Sig. Giovanni Gatto also was very friendly!

Really nice place just outside of Siena, great to have the land and space but still be close to Siena. I think it’s best to consider this place as more of a Tuscan escape rather than ‘in Siena’. Staff were great very friendly, kind, helpful and professional. It’s a solid 40 min walk into Siena, do-able but a lot if you have little ones. Coffee and drinks are great. A bit pricey I feel they could do well to have a happy hour and encourage more people to pop in for a spritz in the evening. Rooms classic Tuscan, a bit on the small side and dark (old building), but cute, we really needed a place to sit outside the room. Bathroom and toiletries were great. One bed was super soft but very small, the other was large and very hard. Pretty tight for a family of 5. This place felt like it was half trying to be high end and expensive, but also could still do with a few things to really hit the mark. Pool beautiful, nicest pool of our whole trip, and gardens and surrounds are very nice too.

The bees around the pool. There was honestly 50 bees around the pool at any time, making it a bit nerve racking. Some more outdoor seating with rooms, as the rooms are on the small side and a bit dark because it’s a classic Tuscan building, outdoor seating outside the rooms would be nice to enjoy the sun. Some more shade around the pool, a lot of the sunshade lounges were broken and there were no umbrellas. Some umbrellas could really help with some shade so you can stay around the pool area longer. Also a change of towels after a few days, using the same towels for 5 days straight gets a little unpleasant. Some more basics in the apartments like olive oil, vinegar ect.

The apartment was set in lovely grounds just on the outskirts of Siena. It would be even lovelier in summer as the pool area is great (unfortunately the weather was a bit cold when we were there!). The staff are lovely, very attentive and helpful, and even offered to swap our washing from the washing machine to the dryer on our last night so that we could head into town for dinner - great service! Having that laundry facility was very helpful since we had been travelling for a while. The breakfast was great with a very good variety. The apartment itself was perhaps a little bit small for four of us in terms of seating area inside, but it was very clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Perhaps more seating in the living area - it would be ok in summer though when you can use the nice outside patio as an extension of the living area.

We had excellent communication with this hotel before our arrival, as we arranged to leave our car there while we did some walking before our stay officially began. The staff are absolutley lovely - they cannot do enough for you. Our room was comfortable, even if the spotless bathroom was a bit cramped - but it's not like you spend your whole holiday in there! Nice communal spaces and grounds. Although half an hour's walk from the very centre of Siena, the location has some real advantages - near the train station, onsite parking, quiet location, pool of course, massive supermarket nearby. I would definitiely stay here again.

We could have done with some more power sockets in our room. Breakfast was enough to fill you up, including fruit, yoghurt, bakery goods etc but not the best I have had in Italy. A mosquito screen on the window would have been good - we felt we couldn't ventilate the room as there was lush vegetation just outside.

It was very beautiful and luxurious place to stay. If we would have known before that the place was so nice we would have stayed longer. Really spacious, clean, nice apartment (Olivi 1). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really special. Adorable views from bedroom window. Spacious green area in a garden to relax and even a possibility to wander around. We were surprised and happy te be there. High recommendations. PS. Hotel has an amazing collection of hand made walking sticks. You have to see that!

The only tiny thing to consider. As one side of the premise is facing the city of Siena, means a bit of a street noises can be heard.

The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. It was a great location being very close to Siena city, a supermarket, yet feeling like you were in the country with the lovely grounds and gardens. It has a great shower and beautiful soft towels. It was lovely and quiet.

Some rooms had a terrace or outdoor seating area, which would have been lovely. We were also looking forward to the pool being open for the kids, which is a facility that made us choose this accommodation over others. Unfortunately, it was still under restoration.

I loved the location of this property. It felt like you were in the countryside however you had all the convenience of being close to the beautiful town of Siena and surrounding areas such as San Gimignano, Montelpuciano etc The actual property is excellent with a fabulous pool and great facilities. It also has a laundry which is so convenient. The staff were all so lovely and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Our only issue was the shower was leaking right in front of the toilet which was annoying and should be fixes asap otherwise the facilities in the apartment were fantastic.
